Immediately upon walking in I did not feel welcome. Most of the chairs were flipped up and the counter staff was no where to be seen. Once at the counter, I placed my order. The counter staff was rude and abnormally quiet. I waited a good 15-20 minutes for my burger and fries (my shake was done in 5). The shake was delicious. As I am enjoying my shake, someone takes out the very gnarly looking trash through the dining room. That is one of the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen in a restaurant. Once my fries and burger were served, I thoroughly enjoyed my fries. The burger, however, was terrible. The patty was so thin that it tasted like rubber. The onions were thin and stringy. It was an all out mess. So, the fries and shake were great. The service and burger were terrible.

Almost 2 months ago I came in with my son and his soccer team and parents. It was packed and the first and only time Id been here. Today my son and I came in again and it was packed and I mentioned his peanut allergy, and the cashier said, "oh right you came in with the soccer team, did you win?" That is nothing short of amazing. Food is outstanding, and staff here are genuinely friendly and engaged. Bravo! Fan for life.

These burgers are amazing! I got the Jack Daniels and my wife got the Bacon Sourdough,and we both got fries and a shake. Both meals were very tasty and we were given our food pretty quickly. Someone else nabbed my wifes shake, so we had to explain that we never got the one they made for us, but they made up a new one for us easy peasy.

i really liked it) its way better then just a regular burger! its juicy! taste of meat better) like real meat) i dont know, it was good! planning to go there again right now) but will order without fries (its too much huge juicy burger + french fries))) and drink) and dont forget to check in on facebook so you can get 10% discount)

Their fire alarm burger is delicious. The jack daniels burger is also very good. The quality of their meat is noticeably better than many fast food burger places. Their fries are average. Not great, but certainly not bad either. They are quite generous with the amount of fries they give you, and thats pretty cool.

1st time. Nice place and the food is pretty high quality and quick. The staff obviously works a lot, so their energy level is fine to me they are still polite. I will definitely come back and maybe try that 12 stack challenge.

Burgers are excellent, can choose a delicious chicken patty in place of beef. The fried seafood options are very OK, the salads are good, the fries are excellent. Seating in the restaurant and parking outside are limited

Terrible customer service. Came in today at 7:15pm, and was told that we have to take our food to go, because they close at 8:30...Ummm, theres more than an hour left and we cant eat here? Wtf?

the asian woman that works there has a personality of a rock. dont say much. no thank you. no smile. looks like she is mad at the world. rather go to other places with better customer service
