I ordered a Teriyaki Burger and onion rings and they forgot the pineapple. I didnt realize it until I took a few bites out and then I brought it to the pick up counter to ask for a pineapple, but the manager insisted strongly on remaking the burger for me so I gladly accepted. She later brings out the burger, AND also a remade order of onion rings so basically I had 2 burgers and 2 onion rings. They definitely went above and beyond with their service! 10/10

Atmosphere is not for family, its annoying They made 2 mistakes on my order of 2 items, it was listed on the request but ignored by the cook. Teenagers screeming in the facility Attitude of the cashier is unacceptable, its like "oh well, we cook thr burger over the onions, would want us to make a new one" Ridiculous, lost a loyal client that would drive all the way to Vallejo Habit, was happy that one opened up here in Pinole, but NO MORE

The food here is 5/5, unfortunately, the service here is 0/5! Ive reached out to corporate, they tried to compensate with vouchers, but it doesnt really help when you return with the vouchers and the service remains poor! Its very rare to find great food AND great service. Thats just a fact of life you learn to deal with, and this place is happily giving lessons in that!

Chocolate malt milkshake - YES! So amazing! But they are usually too busy and I have had them mess up my order both times I went in the last 2 months. Once I ordered 2 onion ring orders and they only gave me 1. The second time they didnt have malt and gave the wrong flavors of milkshakes.

I ordered online for a late lunch (3p) on a Sunday. The fried sweet potato fries I ordered, they ran out already. And when I ordered my ahi tuna they didnt put the teriyaki sauce as they should so it was very bland. Disappointed at this location that I cant receive what I order on a mid day.

Its a good, California-style burger joint meaning you can get avocado and bacon and cheese... whats not to love. Honestly though, it never ceases to amaze me how much people love burgers. The market seems crowded to me, but burger concepts keep popping up, and they seem to do well.

Food is great! Just make sure you sspecifically ask "Does the Number 1 come with fries and a drink?" Asked for 3 number 1s, gave us the drink cups but no fries with burgers. Had to pay an additional $7. By the time the fries were ready, our burgers were cold.

Order a #1 with grilled and raw onions and everything else. Got nothing that I ordered. The bun was very hard and too crispy. My granddaughter had to pull all of bun apart so she could eat it.....Back to IN n OUT burgers...and cheaper than The Habit!

The food is good. Service is hit or miss, everyone here is still new so it takes a while to order and receive food. fyi check that your buzzer number matches your receipt. Or youll be waiting for your food thats been ready for 20 min...

This Habit Burger just opened within the last week and theyve got it down! Quick, friendly staff and great food. I love the lettuce wrapped veggie burger and my husband gets the original char burger. So glad this place opened!!

Its a great atmosphere here. The place is new, modern, and clean, I just wish the patty sizes were a bit larger. The fries dont taste that special but theyre good. Quality is great and theyre consistant.

Its a very clean place. Very polite people work there and the burgers are good. I dont recommend the fried chicken sandwich, its salty and dry. Other than that, a great place to have a quick meal!
