Quality has Gone Down Hill. Ive eaten at this location and the original location inside the mall. The last dozen times we have visited the restaurant the food quality is noticeably worse and worse. Weve tried each of these dishes multiple times during those visits and over a years time to make sure it was not a fluke. Lets begin with the Fish In Clay Pot - this was their signature dish, none like it anywhere else. It consisted of a large portion of fish and filled the pot 3/4 of the way. Last few years it has become onions in a clay pot with some fish. More onions than fish and about half full pot. Then there is the Pan Fried Spicy Calamari, great dish originally, with plenty of calamari and a good balance of other vegetables and just the right spice. Now it is more veggies, less calamari, calamari is no longer crispy - the balance of taste is gone. Last straw was Seafood Fried Rice, the dish was made wrong the first time. After a 45- minute wait, and the rest of my party had finished their meals, the replacement dish arrived. Fried rice was burnt, hard and tasted like dirt - I just hoped it was not recycled off others plates like another well known downtown Oly Thai restaurant. The seafood in the dish was sparse, over cooked, chewy. Four tail-on shrimp, one scallop, two calamari strips, and two fish balls. Not worth $13. Obviously, the entire party decided not to return to this restaurant again.

Not even close to the mark for Thai food. Walked inside to be seated promptly because the lady was at the front area or else I would have waited for 5 minutes because no one was at the front like one lady I observed. Ordered the pad see yew and my friend ordered the phad thai. Got the food and was disappointed. The broccoli was too big to fit into the mouth, the rice noodles were linguini style which made eating them a challenge as they were cooked too long, making the edges hard than the middle, and the flavor was far and few in between. I ended up tasting more of the chili than what I expected of a pad see yew. The worst part was the grief garlic as a garnish that over powered the whole dish intermittently through the whole dish. They do give you a lot but dont expect good tasting food, just a lot of food.

We love the food and the staff is wonderful, last time I was there, I witnessed a couple harassing the waitress, mind you all their plates were empty maybe a little white rice left, basically these people didnt want to pay, our waitress handled this with the utmost compassion and was more caring and thoughtful than anyone I have ever seen, she deserves an A++. The young woman even threatened to write a bad review (remember all their plates were empty) and please remember peeps, when you leave bad reviews about a small company it can literally cost peoples their livelihood especially for a small business, so lets all remember that, I do lots of reviews and have no problem stating what I feel, but when someone just doesnt want to pay, that is BS , this is great food with great people.

Updated review... I used to love this place and go regularly. The last and final time I went they gave me raw chicken. I sent it back and requested the same to go, but no meat this time. After heating it up later and starting to eat it, I realized there was chicken in it which means they just RECOOKED what I had started to eat already!!! It ended up giving me food poisoning, so I missed work and had to go to the doctor! Thats $360 out of my pocket! I will NEVER go back. The wait staff is nice enough, but a simple refund for my meal was NOT enough for the cost I incured from my meal. Oh, and bonus, it was my birthday dinner. Worst birthday ever! Old review: Their lemongrass veggies with chicken is amazing! It is my new favorite restaurant. 5 stars

First of all, the food was okay. For not liking Thai food that much, I almost enjoyed this meal. That is of course excluding the service, which happened to be the worst in the area. Deonne was our server. We had a party of 18. We called the restuarant a week in advance, to let them know how many of us there would be...didnt make a difference. They screwed up drink orders numerious times, brought out the wrong food to 3 of us (Including my 3 year, that they gave extra spicy food to). Needless to say, half of the party was done eating prior to some of even getting our food. To top it off, they included a 18% gratuity in the bill. Not worth the $$. The entire party of 18 agrees that none of us will ever step foot into that place again!

Worst chicken pad Thai ever!! My daughter ordered chicken pad Thai and the noodles were mooshy and drenched in peanut sauce. We asked the waitress to omit the peanut topping, which everyone at the table heard her request, the pad Thai had peanuts so we let the employee know. They took the plate to the back but only to bring the same plate back after asking about a peanut allergy. The waitress tried to educate me that pad Thai had peanut sauce(which I am very aware of cause Im eaten it a hundred times)but all my daughter requested was please no peanut toppings. Didnt have the best experience for myself there but doesnt mean the rest of my family didnt enjoy their food and service. Not ever going back for myself.

The staff is warm and courteous and the atmosphere is peaceful and refined, yet casual. The food is stupendous - high quality ingredients deliciously prepared and beautifully presented. Their curry is my one of my favorite go-to comfort foods for a chilly grey day, and the mango salad is delightfully light, yet satisfying, and bursting with flavor - a great choice for a sunny day, or anytime youre in the mood for something refreshing. Jasmine tea is an elegant and soothing accompaniment to anything on the menu, floral and perfectly steeped. All this for a very reasonable price!

I knew from the moment we walked in that we were doomed. We should have left when I saw chow mein and pho on the menu under Thai noodles. Worst Thai food ever. My food seriously tasted like bad hamburger helper. I am pretty sure Thai Garden and the Olive Garden use the same food distributor and swap tips. Not only was the service slow and the food terrible but there was a also a hair in my gruel. I also had to withstand terrible music like Jason Mraz.. The decor screams "generic Oriental" from the restaurant catalog. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I used to love this place. I would order their yellow curry with tofu because Im vegan and thats their only vegan curry. The last time I ordered it to go I brought it home and started to eat it. I noticed it tasted weird and so I dug through it. Low and behold there was a prawn in my food. The refunded my and my partners food but Im beyond upset. Can you imagine if I was allergic? Truly disgusting. We ate there often after the basil leaf Thai restaurant had done the same thing to me. Now I dont trust any of the Thai places around here. VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS BEWARE.
