This restaurant should be shut down. I ordered delivery, they said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. At an 1hr 15min, I called and was told the driver was already on the way. At 1hr 45min, I called again and was told the same thing, even when I pointed out that I was told that earlier. At 2hr 15min I got a hold of the business owner who said he just walked in and would look into it. At 2hr 30min he claimed they never received the initial order but at the same time refused to refund my card, provide any discount, or even cancel my order! The food arrived cold and soggy at 2hr 45min, accompanied by a completely different set of lies as to why it took so long. Its one thing to get busy. But lying to your customers and refusing to let them cancel when nothing shows up for 2.5 hours is just bad business. Do the community a favor and take your business elsewhere, preferably somewhere that has integrity and cares about their customers.

When we tried to get our meals corrected the owner refused to fix our food or give us a refund. We had to come back mutiple times to get our money back. We will not order from him again HOWEVER I will say that after talking to the owner he never changed his attitude but it is clear on his face that he is stressed out and trying. I cannot recommend u to go there.... he really does need to make changes but I hate to say dont go there because he is genuinely trying to make a decent living and I can definitely relate to his stress and struggle. Now as for the food I am from Alabama what we had on our plates looks nothing like what u get in birmingham. The food didnt smell good and honestly even if the whole money thing didnt happen with the owner we did not want to eat what he served us.

Their take on Peking Duck is undeniably scrumptious! Ive had it 13 times—and counting! This is the only place in Seattle that makes it this way. The dish is served out of a bamboo steamer. When the lid is opened, the first thing I always smell is the golden roasted duck breasts—absolutely amazing! Instead of the traditional bun cakes, they use Roti Canai flatbread for the roll. On the side, you get a savory herb duck marinade as dip and raw strips of green onions to add an instant bite to the entire. I dont like to roll and dip—rather, I create a line of the dip down the middle of the roll to get a beautiful gush of flavors with every bite. Drink some Merlot or Cabernet with it to compliment your buds.

The delivery person that came to our condos was the rudest Ive encountered. Refusing to give me a unit number or name, refusing to tell me who he was delivering for. He should learn that assisting a concierge helps his managers business. The residents review of the food: "expensive." Good luck in getting any positive recommendations here.

Came in for takeaway and left the restaurant very impressed by the authentic flavour and courteous behaviour of the owner. My first experience in a Seattle restaurant couldnt have been better. Some highly recommended dishes are Chicken & Mushroom Soup, Mapo Tofu and General Tsos Chicken as a combo.

Lotus Asian Kitchen & Lounge is cute. Despite the slow delivery, the food here is pretty legit and is on par with Vietnamese places on the east side. I like the pho and bun so far. Better to pick up or eat in. I would allow 75 mins minimum for delivery no matter what they tell you.

Mapo tofu was nice when we tried it with rice and I wouldnt say it was okay but it was alright. Its a nice place to get a late dinner especially on a Christmas. They have a great hours and delivery service so thats considerable as well. However, delivery was 25 mins late.

Working at Harbourview, which is 0.3miles away. Asked if they delivered and they told me they did, finished my order and was told theres a $30 minimum for them to deliver. My order was $15 and she asked me if I wanted to add anything to cover the minimum.

Their chow mein is fresh and unique. I had MoPo tofu which was spicy and yummy. Egg flower soup was great and orange chicken fresh and lively. Environment decidedly common, but with a toddler, we were okay with that. Good for kids setting as well.

The place was almost empty even though it was a weekend evening. I stopped by there after work with not a single soul in there. The food was good and the service was great. By the time I left, there were numerous other customers there.

We were a party of 6 and all enjoyed our meal. The owner was very attentive and cheerful. Food was flavorful. Noodles were not clumpy as someone complained about and we were not needingto be acknowledged as a concierge so all good

Its open and servicing food late. Very nice service. They always seem very appreciative for the business. The food is good and comes out quickly. Its the best choice for late night hunger. In the area, I havent found better.

The General Tso dinner entree was a small portion of dry chicken with minimal sauce and spice. The two scoops of white rice were the best part of my meal. Two stars for the customer service. Cost was $12.50 including a Coke.

$13 for orange chicken, barely worth $5. It was extremely chewy, very little flavor, and not much chicken. All breading. It doesnt even come with rice, thats extra. You get better food for half the price at Panda Express.

Ordered from this place because its close to my apartment but was very disappointed. The food is bland and over priced. Ordered chow fun and the noodles were all clumped together. Not going to order from here again.

They deliver to the Camlin. Orange chicken tastes funky-fried very thin slices or shaves of chicken-mostly breading. Fried shrimp were okay, sweet and sour pork = gut bomb. Can i get a side oeder of immodium?

Really disappointed by this place. I ordered egg rolls, which were mushy, not crispy. I also ordered veg fried rice, which was horribly bland. I found a hair on our table. At least the people were nice.

Dirty place to eat. Food is very good. But, you have to deal with dirty tables and flies on your food. Delivery is the way to go.

Beef Pho wasnt what I expected. It supposed to come in a thicker noodle version. Not the thin vermicelli like what was served.

One of the rare late late night restaurants in the area. Love the wonton noodle soup, crispy squid, and chicken wings.
