Large portions for dine in. Take out is a little less food. This is hands down our favorite Chinese place in Vancouver. Pork fried rice comes with the combinations along with soup and appetizers! Good, authentic Americanized. I wish theyd rotate through different dishes for the combination plates as they are such a good deal with hardly ever try other things. Service is usually very good. Staff remembers who you are after a few visits and greets you when you arrive. Always clean and organized. Often they remember what you like to order. I highly recommend this place especially when considering the other options around SE Vancouver. Dont waste your money at any of the others on 164th OR Mill Plain!!! Weve been to them all.

I will never eat at this restaurant again they are a joke! I liked a few dishes they served until i literally had a screaming arguing match with a woman there because she gave me hard noodles for dinner and less than half the appetizer serving and frozen shrimp! She wouldnt give me my money back she told me she was going to semd someone to my house and then told me it was my fault for ordering the food i did!!!!! Ive never been so livid in my life! Their food is way over priced for the amount they think is acceptable at any other restaurant you get 2x as much if not more and wont get disrespected as i did at this place! Dont eat there people!!!

just ordered general tso chicken,, what a shock, first online says one price their menu another. My son in law just brought it back to the house there was maybe a cup and fourth of plain white rice in a small container and maybe a cup and a half of general tso chicken in the second container. Every where else ive ordered it there has always been more then enough for two people and it runs around 10 and a half to 11 dollars, this was 14 bucks. While it tasted good honestly no better then the other places ive ordered from. Safe to say I will not be ordering from them again. P.S Napkins would have been nice

Just spent 32 dollars here on 2 orders of pork fried rice and an order of Kung pow chicken, to be frank it sucks. Celery in the Kung pow chicken (lol) and thats bad enough, but even the rice is basically white. Look at this picture and tell me how this looks like fried rice. New to town and Im trying out new places, but Ill never eat here again. Not worth the money at all. Over priced GARBAGE. Look at how light this rice is. Unacceptable

Hated it. I dont have a car, and I wanted delivery. They told me (Im eating alone) that I would have to spend $25.00 before they would deliver. I called "Green Tea Kitchen," spent $16.48, and am getting a ton of food and they are delivering it within 20 minutes. I have never been to this restaurant, and now I will never go there. Who knows the food could be amazing but the poor customer service is just not worth my time.

This is my favorite chines place. The food is outstanding and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and it is a kid friendly place to eat. We recently met friends there and had a party of 9 (5 of which were kids). We all had a lovely meal and got to visit with our friends and everyone loved the food. I cant recommend this restaraunt highly enough!

This is the best Chinese food in Vancouver! Delicious gourmet Chinese food.I love the spring rolls.Orange chicken is delicious and so is the fried rice. They even have delicious fake meat options! I love this place, I go there all the time and every time someone visits we bring them there. Everyone loves this place, even the kids. I highly recommend it.

Food lacks flavor and bland. What the kitchen did best was food portion control-they are exactly small. We normally order three dinner plates and an appetizer at other places, here, we had to order the fourth plate after seeing how small the dinner plates were. Personally, I think most of the Vancouver Chinese restaurants beat this place.

We love the orange chicken, it was a little spicy, but it was soo good. I will order it again and again. Also shrimp with garlic sauce was excellent, it does come with some kind of crunchy thing..? I dont think its bamboo root. Chicken fried rice is good too. I will be ordering again from here. They do delivery :) THank you !!!!

The service was extremely slow for there only being like 3 people in there. The food was also way too expensive and the portions too small. The food was also very bland and not good at all. The fried rice was basically white rice with vegetables mixed it, like it wasnt fried at all. Wont be coming back here.

First time at a Saltys! We were here for dinner recently. Must be a lovely view during the day, a bit of that was lost in the night even though we were seated at a window. The food was great - whether it was the crab bisque, the seafood chowder or the pacific cod.

been a customer there for about a year now, our family have decided not to return anymore because their price is way too high and the portions are small. Came back for the 2nd time (Fathers day) Still disappointing. I dont know why we came here.

The water was really bad. Ordered a Sierra Mist and it was very flat. Not a good way to start the evening. However, the Kung Poa Chicken was most excellent and I wont mind coming back. Get a filter for the water and fix the soda dispenser.

We came for dinner for the first time and it was not that tasty for me. My wife said the chow mien was good. They seem to have other good reviews so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. Dont know if I will try it again though.

This is great food the service here is excellent and if you come in more they will remember you and great you on a personal level. The prices are responsible and the portions are large enough to share with multiple people.

I absolutely love this restaurant.. I used to eat lunch there on a daily basis when I worked close by... their mongolian beef and garlic pork are simply awesome. They also have a very friendly and accommodating staff

Although the name of the restaurant sounds like a bad chinese translation, the food, is actually pretty good. most Chinese Restaurants in the Portland/Vancouver are not that good, but this is oen of the better ones.

Went here for a birthday, Great food, lovely layout and the seating arraignment allowed us to meet some great people from out of town. Check it out and read their recommended restaurant list on the wall!

Finally stopped in for quick lunch with a friend. Pleasantly surprised, quick service, hot, fresh (not reheated) , rice wasnt over cooked or oily. Definitely recommended and will come back.

The food here was great, the service was fast and courteous. The portions were good, although a little pricey compared to most Chinese restraints. All in all, this was a good dining experience.

Had to leave after meal showed up due to family emergency. Had food packed up to go, when wife went to reheat hers the next day, there was a cockroach in the food. Will never eat there again.
