Its alright. I think the whole chain down sized their chicken strips & their gravy. This location has always disappointed me but occasionally I go back. Their strips are very inconstant. Theres some out there called "chix - tndr crunchy" or something like that by Sysco & I think even FSA. They are pretty consistent. Reach out if you want the item number. I am not at all a rep but work in the F&B business & I know how violated I feel when I get it. I also used to work at a DQ. The gravy portions are skimpy. Its about 2 oz they give in a 4 oz cup. Its barely enough to eat the chicken with. The bag you pour in with the water you use amounts to a lot & you want $0.50 for extra gravy. Fill it up & everyone will be happy. The powdered bag of gravy cost probably $2-3 max & you get at least 16 servings. Thats over 50% profit. I get the cost might be at a 30% or such but really. Customer service goes a long ways. Anyway, if you get a chix strip basket, pay the arm to get an extra gravy & double check the strips cause they might be tiny. On top of my F&B rant. I was in there once & it appeared either the owner or manager was working (which is great) although he treated everyone poorly. I would never work for someone so rude & disrespectful. That must be why they are always hiring. Treat your employees with respect & understand they may have no knowledge of food or customer service. If thats an issue, dont hire them. Times are changing and my kids dont know what work is. Dont treat them poorly, be a coach or mentor. Its simple really.

Menu items look good but upon purchase even specialty items I was disappointed. I was also disappointed with the service I received. No smile, also they did not provide me with my ice cream menus. She said thank you and shut the window on me without making eye contact. Then she opened the window didnt smile it all but said is there a reason youre still here? I let her know there was no apology but I did get my food. The Sunday was actually rather good. I would not recommend this place for eating lunch even with the good prices

Lets hope DQ corporate takes a close look at this location. This location seems like it could use a complete makeover. The food we received looked like it was just thrown together with little or no care. We were also not given a receipt for a cash transaction. The current owners of this location are running this place into the ground.

This place is an overpriced joke. Food is way overpriced and if one would like a condiment with their $15 meal, be prepared to shell out more $. No wonder every drive thru in town is backed up around the block and this place has 0 cars in the parking lot or drive thru. Management at its finest! I surely will never eat hear again.

Food was fine. But dont try eating inside, they will literally kick you out at exactly closing time. Rudely. Even when youve just spent $50 there to feed your very hungry crew. Its a service job kids, a restaurant. If you dont dig being of service, get a different job.

Very poor customer service. Waited for nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence even though no one else was in line. Service was slow despite adequate staff and few customers. The staff just didnt seem to care about anything.

DQ is always great, but this DQ is not clean. Cob webs, dirty tabkes, and the manager, or owners dont seem to care. I told them all the tabkes were dirty, and they didnt do anything, just saud, "Sorry". Poor customer service.

As far as Dairy Queens go this one is pretty solid. The food is your basic fast food variety but the ice cream is done very well. Its not breaking any records but its a solid choice if you want some sort of cold treat.

Very cool place actually. Seems family run and when we went there it was pretty busy. My girlfriend didnt get cheese added on to her sandwich, but other than that things were good.
