I Used To Enjoy Eating Here When In Town. NOW I WOULDNT BE CAUGHT DEAD EATING HERE. Nearly Lost My Appetite Dealing With This IDIOT. So I Left..... Food is ok. The flavor is kinda off and the meats are pour quality and gritty. The atmosphere is kinda depressing. And thats not why Im giving only 1 star. Sadly, this place welcomes people to hang around barefoot and shirtless. I couldnt help notice this mans bare feet that looked filthy and hairy up on the chairs right where people wait for their food. The guy who takes your order is directly across this guy and doesnt bother to enforce health and safety codes, which leads me to wonder what else theyre overly relaxed on. I didnt feel very sanitary eating the food after witnessing this. They even chatted with the guy several times casually but never bothered to mention anything about him having his feet where people and their children sit IN A RESTAURANT. I wont return.

Not great, but not terrible. This is basically fast food asian-style, and its about that quality. Nevertheless, I still find myself ending up here more often than I plan to. Sometimes Im itching for their macaroni salad, some cheap tonkatsu/curry, or spam musubi. The bbq chicken is probably the best of their meats with the fish and pork sorely lacking. Despite the quality, I prefer this over Pono because the portions are larger and the food is significantly more reasonably priced. At Pono youre overpaying for the lounge experience through tiny portions and unimpressive flavors.

We love L&L. Yes its fast food but its always delicious, fresh, and fast. The people who work there are all wonderful. The place is clean. Im no Hawaiian food connoisseur, but I like this place because it is one of the few fast food places in town to get healthy meals. Grilled chicken, brown rice, steamed veggies. My kids love it too. Great value for how much food you get. Also they can whip out giant trays of food for parties/pot lucks on short notice and are happy to do so. These other negative reviewers are trippin. We ♡ L&L.

Very poor service, pushy server and the food is not great. Had BBQ hamburger... nothing BBQ or Hawiian about it, pre-register Patty and uncooked Onion... dont go there, go to MacDonalds or Burger King, go anywhere other than L&L.
