If i could give it 0 stars then i would. The new management and the employees here is TERRIBLE. There was 1 person working behind the counter. He had to take our order and then go cook and prepare all of our food along with 2 or 3 other customers orders ahead of us. There was an employee over talking to a customer the entire time. Another girl came out from the backroom and joined in talking to them, neither of them acknowledging us at all, all the while there was just the boy behind the counter hurrying to try to get us our food. There were chairs all over, not pushed in, peanut shells all over most of the tables and all over the floor. It took 15 minutes for us to get our food so we could actually leave, we were going to eat there but after this customer service we decided to take it to go. When we got home and opened our food, we ordered and paid for a cheese hot dog but there was no cheese found on it at all. It was only a 5 minute drive home from there but most of the food was luke warm and some of it even cold. We have been in to this particular 5 guys multiple times before the new management took over and we never had this experience. We were always greeted nicely by everyone and the store was always clean with the food being served promptly. This store has definitely declined and is not a go to place to eat anymore.

Now these guys can make a burger, oh man I went here for the first time about a year ago, I mean its a burger right... Wrong its a hunk of juicy delicious meat. You can put whatever you want its pizza of burgers. From sauteed onions to fresh onions, pickles. Awesome place to eat. I highly recommend to some one that dont mind a few extra calories once in awhile. Have a great eat.

These are the best burgers in the world. Every time I eat them, my pants are dampened. Bless. Every bite makes me want to kiss the human who created it. Just kidding, only a god could create something as beautiful as that. The heavens have blessed this burger shop, and this burger shop has blessed my soul. The fries are the cherry on top, a deep fried cherry of eternal happiness

Went with my wife and son because the store next it it was having their grand opening and we hadnt been in a while. Wow! It was the best Five Guys burger Ive had. All three of us noticed the experience was much better than we remembered. Be careful, unless you want a huge meal - get the "little" burgers. They are a single patty and the bun to meat ratio is much better.

Completely unimpressed. My bacon burger was delivered to me in a wrapped up aluminum ball. The very undersized soggy buns made handling difficult and the whole sandwich fell apart and slipped onto the table after a few bites. For $12 plus bucks including fries and a drink there are much better burger joints. Including Red Robin which is right across the street.

A fast food chain that serves freshly grilled burgers. The burgers are okay but its the fries that make them stand out; the fries are awesome. They use fake cheese on the burgers which is the only true downside. If that were switched out with some actual cheddar these would be the best burgers in town.

I love Five Guys but not so much this particular location. Seems they have changed management or ownership maybe a few times. Each time I give it a try again its a different experience. One thing is they sure dont give the normal five guys amount of frys at this location so plan on having to buy more.

Corrupted business to work for, weekends are always busy . Co workers never washed hands . Management doesnt know how to manage. It says "under new management" but its the worst General Manager Ive ever had. They actually do have a freezer !

Absolutely horrible. My mom has gotten food poisoning twice here already and a few other people I know have as well. If youre gonna be a fast paced burger place, atleast cook your meat all the way. Never going here again.

Theres nothing like a tasty burger. Id give it 5 stars if they had more gluten free options. Some day maybe. In the meantime, its worth the price for the meal you get. Thanks Five Guys Monroe.

Love Five Guys, but this one seems to be staffed mostly with high school kids, and often gets orders wrong, or forgets things like topping off fries. Check your stuff before you leave.
