This Oshima in the Lynnwood H-Mart food court is an outpost of the popular Everett Sushi House of the same name. They are run by an extremely friendly and helpful Korean family. It is not unusual to find Koreans serving great Japanese food, especially sushi and sashimi. This is a byproduct of Japanese Imperialism and generations of Korean chefs honing their skills and raising the culinary standards. One of our other favorite Japanese restaurants, Sushi Joa, is a Korean establishment. The quality of the seafood here is top notch. Their slices are very generous, and their prices are unbelievably reasonable. This is the best sushi/sashimi bargain youll find. The Chirashi Bowl, at $11, is perhaps the biggest bargain. They pile nine kinds of sushi toppings on a bowl of sushi rice. We think its better than others that charge up to $30. The rice, itself, is perfectly seasoned, not too vinegary or sweet. We have a hard time passing up their Sashimi Combos too. We always add a bowl of rice to it at a buck. This Food Court is located in the same building as H-Mart, a great Korean Supermarket. There is also a great Korean French style bakery in the complex that is not to be missed.

This place is a gem! You would never realize it since its inside an H-mart but man I love this place. Back when I was working in Lynnwood I would go here at least once a week with my co-worker. When you first approach the food stand, you will notice how decorative the place is as well as the big menu that has plenty of specials that should easily entice someone looking for a great deal. The staff at this establishment is always very friendly and like any other sushi joint, greet you in Japanese. When you order your food, they will hand you a number and offer you some tea before you sit down in one of the many tables available in the food court. It doesnt take very long (maybe 5-10 minutes) but they will serve you your food on a tray and take the number. Very simple! I always got the Udon Combo with Shrimp Tempura rolls. They serve it with the chili powder that you would use in the Udon. The sushi also comes with wasabi and ginger slices as well. The price is a steal at around $10 and they always had water and tea readily available. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants some good sushi and good udon!

Oshima is inside the food court at the HMart. My husband and I ordered 4 rolls for a grand total of around $26. There is a deal going on where you can get 3 specialty rolls for $20, however I was also impressed to see something like a spicy salmon roll for as low as under $5. I was skeptical of the quality since the price was so low, but I was very pleasantly surprised that the fish was fresh and in appropriate portions (no scrimping). Portions were generous and the prices were fabulous for what you get. Well be returning for sure. Also of note: I can usually eat 2.5 rolls to myself, but was full after one specialty roll. I recommend ordering just one to eat, and then ordering more if you even need it, unless you want to share. We had the Washington Roll, Shrimp Crunch Roll, Baked Lobster Roll & Monster Roll.

This place is a total in . Youd never run across it accidentally. I came because of the reviews. Oshima is in a little food court inside the Hmart Oriental supermarket. Its a full sushi menu and the food is excellent, high quality fish, well presented, and generous portions. Youre eating at the tables in the food court as with any similar place. For lunch, we paid about $20 for a rainbow roll, crunchy shrimp roll, tuna roll, and miso soup. Courtesy hot tea. Will definitely come again.

Amazing sushi, fast service and hella fresh. I dont know why I havent reviewed this place yet because I have been going here since 2013 and before that, I never knew the sushi I had before wasnt fresh. Until I came here I knew what actual real sushi tastes like. I got 7 rolls tonight for $41.73 and thats a good price. The employees are also very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who loves sushi.

This gem of a sushi restaurant is right in the middle of the H Mart Asian food court. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced and comes out quick. None of the special rolls are over $9, and the teriyaki bento box is only $6.95! Not much of atmosphere, but its a food court, spits what youd expect. We will definitely be back!

Food court Japanese! Cheap, fast and good! There are a lot of other options around in this out of the way food court in the H-mart, but the bento box here is a great value. Hot miso, a sushi roll, salad, two potstickers, chicken teriyaki and a ball o rice.
