Buna Set

I was a regular customer, until I had paid and waiting in line, there were four cooks already cooking, then some other cook came from behind and took over serving, he took the dry old chicken from side for my order after the other cook put on fresh chicken for my order, when I tried to explain to him he said its all same, they did that to me three times when I gave them three chances to make it up. They also gave me old vegetables on side a couple times too. The other manager left few years ago and it is not same. I do not buy from there no more.

They use to be very good. I moved to Seattle in 2013 and they were cooking the noodles on the grill which added flavor. Now looks like they are just boiling them and dont have the same flavor. Sauce was what set them apart and now heir sauce isnt the same. Its too sweet. I hope they read this and bring the quality food they use to serve. Time to look for a different place.

I love Sarku. I first had it when I lived in Connecticut, and was surprised to see it was a chain and existed in Seattle. The Tukwila place is closest to me. Chicken teriyaki and fried rice, double meat, way better then all these other teriyaki restaurants I have had around here. Worth a try if youre on the fence

Dont let the BeniHana serving style and long lines fool you here! This food is gross. The chicken doesnt taste fresh, its like the sauce is covering up the lack of seasoning added. Dissapointed at best especially hearing locals say how good it was.

The chicken is so fatty, I could only eat a few bites until it was too much. Chicken is just rough chopped chicken without any spices or marinade, just flat top grilled and topped with sauce. Its cheap for a reason (And southcenter isnt cheap)

Usually great food with fast service. Always Fresh. Today I came in at 1030 since the site Says they open at 1000. Grill was not ready and the cook told all that were waiting it would be a while. Still amazing food for roughly $10.

We purchased food and there were many pieces of chicken with an aqua color to it. This coloring was not due to vegetables and looked like some kind of coloring or possibly spoiled food. Will not purchase from there again.

The Chicken Teriyaki is always an excellent choice here. Always the freshest vegetables and tasty chicken used. There are several great places to eat in this mall, but this one is by far my favorite!

We are regulars for Sarku but all these years the quality is getting worse. You get lesser amount of food, the teriyaki has lesser spice - it is only sweet now, veggies is not well cooked.

Will change this rating to 4 or 5 stars when the mixed vegetables gets upgraded to something with broccoli and real vegetables. Currently you get a bunch of iceberg lettuce

The food is terrible, dont even think about getting there sushi, its flavorless and terrible. I Will never eat here again and I advise you not too as well.

Not bad but dont pay extra for fried rice. It doesnt taste any different than the white rice.
