wow only reason i ordered from here is because south lake and alfys had stopped delivering for the night. If i could upload a pic of the pizza s i ordered, they look worse then a 2 dollar pizza. I dont understand how dominos is out of buisness lol with pizza hut makeing pizza s like this. Only reason im even writeing a review is because i ordered 4 large pizza s with 4 2 liters and it was around 90 bones. I could have made a better pizza with things laying around my house. Anyways rant, rant, been on the lake all day ha, ill never order again or suggest pizza hut again. No matter if they gave me free pizza for a year. Ill just order from the others. :) o i might add there service not bad, actually good, but there product was poor++ fire the cook. Do what you want, but i warned ya.

Got our order wrong for delivery. Ordered a medium meat lovers light on the sauce and pineapple on the side. Chicken alfredo. Cheese sticks and mist twist.Gcouldnt tell we got cheese sticks. They were burnt. No pineapple. Gave us our credit. Called in a order tonight for just a medium pizza for pick up. Commercial advertising for $10 pick up. Or we could of waited for 80 +minutes for delivery. We picked it up. I was informed at the time of ordering. I have to mention the 10.00 deal. Im getting my $30.00 back. And then I will go elsewhere. Done.

Horrible Pizza Hut!!!! Avoid at all costs have never got a good pizza from here and Ive tried at least 3x. There new garlic knot pizza is the worst thing ever all the dough was mushy crust so thin it could be cardboard tasted like it to. I wish 0 stars was a option didnt even try to have them fix it because it would be just as bad again have to agree with another reviewer fire the cook how can one pizza hut be some much worse then others

Every single time the crust is half cooked, just raw dough on upper half. One of the pizzas was perfect just as before. One came with about half of the topping it should have. We had issues before called and let them know and when we went back the pizza was perfect, full toppings cooked correct. Then this time an issue again. Pizza hut get your act together.

The customer service is terrible. The lady at the front with the short grayish hair has no customer service. Not sure how she got the job. She made us feel uncomfortable. Our 2 orders of 8 price wings took a very long time. She knew the cap to my soda cup was broken but too lazy to exchange it. I havnt got my wings yet..... They better be good!!!!!!!

This is a great Pizza Hut Wing Street! Great pizza and service, wings, all kinds of appetizers and very friendly attentive staff. Will visit this place again and again. Only thing I might change is maybe better placement of T.Vs and full sound but most places dont think people want to hear sound when they watch T.V.

Just ordered our food and got it tonight. Delivery took a long time for such a small and simple order. Potato jalapeno things were cold (for real, not just luke warm) and did not come with the ranch it was supposed to have. And the cookie wasnt even sliced. It was just too easy of an order to be that terrible.

Horrible attitude all the time, only about 2 of the employees make an effort. Constantly get wrong orders, had to get a pizza replaced TWICE cause it was blatently wrong, ended up being wrong the third time but i didnt want them to spit in my food so i just gave it to my roomate.

This is the best Pizza Hut Ive experienced. They have a diner (which I havent seen before) with very friendly and attentive wait staff. The new sandwich and wing selections are delicious (I recommend the garlic parmesean sandwich).

Wings and pizza were good but I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and got chicken Alfredo pizza. No one seemed too concerned. Said they were sorry. Next time I will be very specific. Not as good as the one on Yelm.

This is the nicest Pizza Hut and the emplyees work very hard to fix a mistake and make it right. Would recommend this Pizza Hut :-)
