This placed kept me on the phone for 20 minutes to order one pizza and I had to give my credit card to their ignorant staff over the phone 5 times because they were having difficulties with their machine and than they had restart my order completely. It was a large pizza with 2 ingredients and apparently they were incapable of recalling a simple order and had to ask me for the order again and my credit card info yet again! I couldnt even believe it! I asked them if I would be charged twice in fear that this situation could some how get even more sour. I finally picked up the pizza that night after waiting an hour for it. After three days I was checking my account and those F*&% Tards sure enough charged me twice. After a long phone call with the manager I received no apology and they did not offer a refund for the purchase, just for the double charge. Later that week I recieved a coupon for a medium pizza which I called to order the next week. After telling me I could not get credit to a large pizza and not being able to do stuffed crust I was forced to settle on a medium deep dish. I placed my order for pick up and they just called back to tell me that they ran out of deep dish pizzas. So now I have one option! Thats it...one. Please do not waste your time or money at this places whose staffs sum IQ score is less than or equal to my pomeranian. Thats all for now.

Where to begin...?! The employee answering the phone who was so confused, he transfered me to a call center that hung up on me. (I want to cut him a break, being an English as a second language speaker...) The 15-20 minutes spent on a website that didnt accept our info. Then a different call, routed to a call center in Georgia, (Im in Kirkland, WA) that, like the local Pizza Hut, couldnt find our address located only 1.2 miles from them, so they asked if we could do carry out... 15 years ago I worked for Little Caesars and Pizza Hut, and this is 1998, archaic insanity... Is not a "comfort and ease of use Bala cos higher costs" experience. TOTAL time spent trying to get pizza: 48 mins Pizza acquired: 0.0

Been here 3 times and theyve managed to mess up all 3 times. Ordered a pizza online, said itd be 20 minutes, went to the location at the 25 minute mark, exchanged pleasantries and told them i ordered online, took my card swiped it then went hunting for my pizza. 3 minutes later they are talking about how they gave my pizza to the dude before me because he claimed it was his. They decided to remake the order and asked me to wait without so much as an apology. Cancelled the order and asked them to void the CC transaction. Wont be surprised if they managed to mess that up too. Edit: Yup, messed up the the void on the CC transaction too. AMAZING.

I ordered a pepperoni Cheesy Bites pizza, BBQ chicken wings, and waffle fries. An hour and a half later the pizza was delivered to my house. The Pizza that I got was not a cheesy bites pizza and it was very cold, the fries were cold as well and tasted as if they were cooked two days before and was heated on the microwave before they were delivered. The wings were cold as well, and came without the side sauces that I asked for. My dinner was very disappointing.

Sent wrong wings understandable; when called they hung up on my fiance; called back described the issue instantly was told to "hold on" than click; someone answered told issue again "hold on" a third time was told "hold on" finally got our wings redelivered; asked for honey BBQ they made buffalo and threw BBQ sauce on top. This location has been steadily going down hill for some time now. Wont be ordering from again Ill wait till new one opens.

AWFUL. They used to make good pizza but I wont know anymore. Used to go here all the time. Ordered online, said 28 minute wait. Was told when I showed up it would actually be 45 minutes. I came back 45 minutes later and they said it wasnt ready and wouldnt be for another 40 minutes. Thanks Pizza Hut!

Thank you! to the manager at Juanita Kirkland ! Customers Service was poor at another location. After trying many times to get a hold of the first location, I was transferred to a Juanita Pizza hut. He made thingz right. Above & Beyond!!

Calls go to a foreign call center...And it sucks. And when they transfer you to the store to ask about the order that is an hour later and still not there, no one answers the phone. Dont even try. Just call a pizza restaurant that cares.

The crew is usually pretty good, but I rarely visit because gluten-free crust can only be ordered in person or if you are lucky enough to catch this exact store when you call in. Quality of food is same as any pizza hut.

Ordered a large pizza for take out and they said it would take an hour, it was over an hour and half and it still didnt arrive. So when we called they said the pizza didnt even leave the store yet. Horrible service.
