After having a not so fun experience and being unhappy, I made a compliant to the owner about my concern. He was very attentive to my concerns and wanted to make sure and fix the issue so that it would not happen again. He offered me something for my trouble which typically I dont usually take because I dont complain to get free things but I had a special occasion coming up so I had a cake done. It was wonderful and the service that time was great. I will again visit this store as they do take their customers seriously and I had just been in on an off day. Thanks again.

The worst experience, when I paid for the items , the cashier told me: they dont have change for hundred dollars, he took the bill and throws them across the counter and he said do you want to waste your money. Really when I asked for his name, no respond, I asked for the manager on duty, he said its no manager here. Unbelievable bad, racism DQ management be careful who you hire to be in your restaurants.

They are incredibly rude and tacky. The service is absolutely horrible and then they expect a tip on top of their wretched service. I have never seen a fast food restaurant that has a tip jar stapled to the building under drive-thru window. Personally, I find it incredibly unprofessional to have something like that outside of the drive-thru window.

The Blizzards tend to be hit and miss with these guys at this location. Sometimes, they are well blended. Other times, the Blizzards are chunky. In addition, they have tip jar taped to the outside of the building in the drive-thru line. For a typical fast food joint, a tip jar is just insulting.

I agree with Kevin S. Whats so insulting about a tip jar? It most likely gives the employees an extra dollar or two at the end of their hard worked shift. I dont see anything insulting about that. Anyway, this location never disappoints. They are friendly and speedy.

ice cream was very good however the drive thru customer service was terrible! the cashier was rude and dismissive and did not provide the standard condiments for ice cream including napkins. work on your customer service Dairy Queen please!

Great selections and friendly staff. Unfortunately their ice creams are never as cold as they should be. Melting and soupy before you even sit down, even worst if you try to take it home. Please needs to upgrade the equipment.

Nothing special about the food but some of the ice cream treats are nice but some have transfat so be advised to avoid those items a list is available if you ask for the nutritional info sheet.

The people at this place let Mexicans make the smoothie and its way to watery! The owner is a chimo and his wife doesnt like colored people, also they only like dirty immigrants like Mexicans!

When I got a chocolate malt, I found a peice of sharp plastic in it! I could ve eaten it and gotten hurt! I also found malt powder, not dissolved, in my malt!
