Terrible service and food. The only good thing was the salad bar, lots of fresh fruit. I had heard lots of great thing about the place and really looking forward to it. Take my advice and just go to Novelhos instead. All the meat were overcooked, dry and bland. I asked for medium rare and got medium instead; this happened with multiple server, not just one. Even the not overcooked meat somehow taste mushy and gross. The only edible dish was the sirloin. Service is terrible. Waiter rarely came by to fill our water. We were seated near the salad bar with lots of foot traffic so it wasnt like we were in a back corner when no one would notice us, but it sure felt that way. Meat also take forever to come out and always the same ones that we have already said no to too. It wasnt until the end of our meal that the beef ribs come out. The chef also keep ignoring us and just walk by even though we have the green side up and trying to make eye contacts. I have never walked out hungry at a Brazilian BBQ place but Fogo de Chao had the honor to have done so. Soda are charged by the cup instead of free refill ($3.50 per cup!). For an AYCE meal, you would expect to at least have free refills. They dont tell you this and just ask if you want a refill so be prepare for the sticker shock when your bill comes. They bring out the coke in a glass bottle and pour it into a fancy glass at the table. The coke doesnt taste Iike sugar cane coke however and even a bit diluted; my guess is that they just fill up the bottle at the back.

The food and service were superb. Staff was beyond friendly, and the atmosphere was great. The attention to detail on the salad bar was immaculate. Everything was fresh, there was no brown lettuce, it was wonderful. The only reason theyre missing a star is because at 5 pm, they werent serving nearly as many options as they list for the dinner special, which the website states starts at 5, and because when I called beforeh and to ask about a military discount, they told me it was 10 percent ofd, and 10 percent off of a 123 dollar check isnt $5. Its worth the price you pay, but I recommend coming out at 6 in order to truly get your moneys worth. :)

We had lunch at Fogo de Chao and what a place! From the ambiance to the excellent service, everything was top notch! My son(4yrs old) is a picky eater and had fun trying new foods and enjoyed watching the gauchos bring a variety of fresh, hot meats. The salad bar is a huge understatement as it has different selections of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, veggies and salad choices. We are going to have to visit a lot more just try everything! Thank you to management that came to visit our table to make sure everything was well and satisfied. We are looking forward to our next visit l!

Im brazilian and I wasnt impressed by this restaurant at all. Salad bar is poor, only few selections and not even that good. I just went there because Novilhos closes at 2pm and I was stuck on traffic, but Ill never go back to Fogo de Chão. Next time Ill leave my house earlier so I can make it to Novilhos! Everything about Novilhos is better, from location, parking, enviroment and most important: FOOD. If you want awesome Brazilian food go to Novilhos. Enough said.

The best Brazilian restaurant in 3 continents that I have had a chance to eat in. The quality of the food is outstanding, everything is freshly prepared. The service is superb, its a group of servers that work with you and their attention to details makes the dinning experience one that you want to come back to. *Pietro* was tuned to every table (that I could see). Making sure that every desire is fulfilled with a smile and in a timely manner.

Just visited this location last weekend for lunch. The staff was very personable and very welcoming. The aroma of the various grilled meats danced in the air and the salad/side bar offered a wonderful variety of veggies and fruits so fresh, I couldnt get enough of it. To top it off, a surprisingly bright carrot, ginger and coconut milk soup! Definitely a top notch restaurant to visit while you are in Bellevue, WA!

Excellent service, great food, pleasant and clean environment. Drinks at the bar with an appetizer was quick and great drinks. I did not like the original spot they were gonna seat us and they were more than happy to accommodate us with a different spot. 19th wedding anniversary and worth every moment. Thank you for helping our celebration be great.

This is by far the BEST Brazilian restaurant Ive ever visited in the pacific north west. And what about the price?! This is a 5 star restaurant and the prices are affordable by o means. Our server Josh was awesome and my guests visiting from out of the states had nothing but the. Eat to say about the food and the service. Well done guys!

Food was exquisite! From the salad bar to every cut if meat. The decor is sharp and clear. The staff are all soft spoken and very polite. Your meat will always be any way you like it which amazes me how they do that! I didnt have enough room for desert sadly but I will be back to try it! This place over all is 5 stars!

This is really authentic Brazilian high end food from Southern Brazil where my husband is from. We absolutely love this place and recommend taking a tiny bit of everything and youll leave satisfied but not too full. Its amazing and the service is top class! The meats are super high grade and they are generous cuts!

First 20 minutes were amazing! Great service and great food. Then it seemed like someone flipped a switch and they just started avoiding our table. And we were in the middle of the floor! Ill give them another shot because the food truly was quite good and they got off to a great start with the service.

Great atmosphere and outstanding service. The salad bar had plenty of good "veggies" to go along with the delicious Brazilian style grilled meats. Juicy - if you choose medium - and flavorful meat keep coming to your table, sometimes faster than you can eat. You must try the "fraldinha" - flank steak.

What a great restaurant. I have eaten many of meals in Fogo de Chao in São Paulo. I have also eaten in the Washington DC Fogo. The food is great and the salad bars is out of this world. My favorite meat is picanha. It is wonderful. The only thing missing is grilled mozzarella.

A Fogo De Chao steakhouse near Vancouver BC (2.5 hr. by drive); they are different than the others we visited before at TX and CA. They are still trying to improve their food and service quality hopefully they will be better in the near future.

The service was exceptional! The salad bar etc. was very simple (expected a little more) but tasty. For someone who likes their meat well done, the meat was little burned and dry, so medium rare was perfect.

This place is amazing! Staff are fantastic and friendly and the steak is incredibly tasty. Fillet mignon was the best one . The strawberry caipirinha is also delicious! I will definitely come back!!
