Owner may be rude, the place may be gross, but its consistent with its product. The lady cant speak english too well and shes probably been in the business for 20 year or more. She wants to get customers what they want quickly and keep things flowing, and probably isnt too worried about pampering each person til they feel like a king. Which is totally fine for me :). Its not corporate, and considering that, it takes a lot to stay in business so long. Sure, the inside might not be sparkling and decorated pleasantly, but the quality of the donuts are always great :)

First time at the donut shop, the customer service was awful. I wasnt greeted upon entry, they rushed my every move, and they didnt even thank me! They even asked if I wanted to leave a tip...--I might have left one if you didnt ask! On a good note, the prices were great compared to other shops in the area and they have a huge variety! The donuts tasted yummy and the iced coffee was amazing! Ill go back for the food, but hope next time the service is a little better.

Charges exstra for items you didnt purchase. I went in ordered a latte and a donut she added a roller to the price and told me its for tax when I showed her tax was added in she then said it was for an extra shot I told her that the sign says .50c for a shot she then said that there was 2 shots. Of course I said I didnt order that and she said its my fault for not telling her. Then to top it of the donuts are stale and the coffee tastes like fish.

Best donuts ever! We go every Friday, and theres always a long line of customers picking up boxes and boxes. Donuts are made fresh everyday by 4am... owner gets to work at midnight. The owner lady is kind but no nonsense. She wont take crap from anyone or misbehaving kids. No splash or gimmicks, just great donuts. Apple fritters and bear claws are my favorites. Or try the bacon bars.

Family owned. Woman behind the counter is not from Seattle. She is straight forward and well take none of your passive aggressive sass. Know what you want when she gets to you, tell her politely and pointedly. Pay her, smile and thank her. You dont irk her, you get a good experience and good food. (Love the macaroons too!)

Great donuts. The apple fritters are some of the best Ive had. Not too doughy, like those that some big coffee chains carry. Get there early, because they run out. On weekends, grab a bacon-maple bar if you are nearby. Just wish this place stayed open later, but its probably better for my health that way.

Nice small little shop that feels like it could fit in downtown in big easy coast city. Its a bit cluttered and cramped but the donuts are good. Everything is fresh and they offer enough variety. It doesnt look like much but they put the quality where it counts-in the food.

I was excited to try this place but when I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, they already had their doors locked and refused to accept me as a customer. I am disappointed in their customer service and lack of accountability to their own posted hours.

Seems like the donuts could be good. But why the hell would anyone ever go here? Whoever is working the counter is rude as hell, and literally incited violence with a man in the store, who then approached me and my family ANGRILY, and KEPT COMING BACK.

They had a larger than typical variety of donuts and pastries and even bagel dogs. The women helping us took the time to let my 2 year old pick out donuts for us. The cake donuts we picked were tasty, fluffy, and not overly sweet.

Twice now obviously received day old pastries, even asked them if they were made this morning, yes they replied... Stale is stale, that doesnt come in a few hours. Too bad, I used to like this place.

Family-owned and operated donut shop. You must come extremely early though if youd like a specific type of donut as they dont make a huge batch of all different types..

Fabulous, fresh tasting donuts. Know what you want and order it clearly and concisely - the owner is polite but fluent neither in English nor patience.

Good donuts but a little shy on friendly customer service. I always try for a little friendly interaction, but the owner is generally slow to warm up.
