After seeing the other top reviews, I was paying attention to the things they mentioned. I dont know what they are talking about! Lol Everyone was very friendly and helpful, both front counter, food prep, and the busboy. The food was ready quickly (as I expected lol), and since I had been driving for 9 hours before getting there, I was wandering around near the pickup counter to do something other than sit, and both the busboy and girl making the orders saw me and told me that I could go sit down and they would bring it to me. The food was as good as I expect from Panera (which is why I make sure to eat there any time I can park within easy walking distance (I am a truck driver, and had to walk all the way across the shopping center to get here... And it was worth it! ;) ) I specifically looked for cleanliness and flies and bad smells and poor or unhelpful employees, and I saw nothing to complain about. (And believe me, I am pretty good at finding things to complain about! ;)

Every encounter with this Panera location has been the worst. They just dont seem to care...you almost feel like youre unconveniencing the staff. We usually get our food via the Rapid Pick Up Service, and the people working at this location will consistently mess up our food. What happened tonight? 1. No dressing for my salad 2. Pickled onions versus regular 3. No utensils or napkins whatsoever 4. I paid for extra chicken and croutons and there were normal amounts given to us 5. One piece of bread for the group soup size when the serving size is for four 6. No receipt 7. Resistance from the staff when we asked them to correct the problems 8. The soup was cold when we received it - we live 5 minutes away from this location This type of service is unacceptable. Poor quality of food, poor service, and a poor attitude from the staff. We will no longer be going to this location since EVERY encounter has resembled the one above. I wish I could give you zero stars!

I really love the food here and order rapid pickup often on my way to work. I had trouble ordering online with rapid pickup one day around the holidays. After several attempts, I was still unable to pay online. I went in and was frustrated that I had to wait to pay. I told the general manager that it defeated the purpose of rapid pay when you have to come in and wait to pay because the online system doesnt work. I then reached in my purse to get my credit card and realized I didnt have my wallet. I told her I couldnt believe I had done that - I must have left it on my kitchen counter. She just smiled, handed me my lunch and said, "Here. Its on us today."

Worst experience ever! I ordered the tortilla soup and it did not have tortilla , I went all the way back to the restaurant and told Mario the manager that there was no tortillas on my soup and he began questioning me not believing that there was non on the soup. He questioned the people preparing the food asking if they put tortillas (non could remember) and made a huge deal over me getting a SCOOP or tortillas for my soup... Really ? My word as a customer means nothing obviously .. Than I try the soup and it is un edible ... Needless to say 15.00 later , I will never return . Rude management so stay clear.

1. Can rarely find parking for this location 2. Young and uneducated staff 3. Always double check your bad/tray and make sure you have everything. They forgot a brownie I had ordered and when I went in and showed the slip with my order (a take away order) the girl just shrugged and threw a brownie in a box. This location has given me brownies upside down on multiple occasions. They have icing. That icing doesnt stay on if its put in the box upside-down. Its also NOT THAT HARD to put one right side up. Just got home and my foods cold. Very upset and wont be going back to this location.

lentil soup was good but the kids menu is crap. processed cheese, gross sour smelling junky lunch meat. awful. I apologized to my kid the whole way home. **Update** we went here again today and its not improved. My sandwich was dripping in mayo and nearly impossible to eat. The avocado was 1 big chunk and the tomatoes were wet. The whole thing just fell apart. Worst part was that I asked for NO BACON. Of course, I bit in to a piece of bacon and spit it out in my napkin. Nothing grosser than bacon if you dont like bacon. We wont be back.

Panera has completely lost it (result of turnimg corporate franchise?). The person taking orders was completely checked out and had zero customer service attitude. The "grilled cheese sandwich" for $7 was a kid-size white-bread toast with artificial american cheese slice microwaved, nothing else - I havent had such disgusting overpriced food anywhere. And Ive been eating at Panera since theyve been the St Louis Bread Factory in Missouri.

The interesting thing is that weve been here 4-5 times. Each time, something small has been overlooked. We either didnt get an item. Food took a little long. They were out of something. But it was something different each time. If they could get each of their issues out of the way, it would be a very solid experience. Were not upset with any of our visits. Just found it pretty peculiar.

Service has gone down hill for the past 90 days for sure. Staff complains all day. Customer service is an option for them. I go in and feel like I am interrupting their day. The food is the same in all Panera locations the only left is the service and honestly it is terrible here. Plan for poor service, dirty tables and OK food.

Food was good! Menu needs to have description of items, cashiers will just automatically give you a baguette instead of asking what side you want and ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!! They dont give you one because if you earn a reward they put that it is redeemed without even telling you that you received one!! Not up and up!

I generally love Panera bread but this branch really isnt the greatest. I have only tried food here once, but food quality here in comparison to other branches is lacking. It just doesnt taste right..the layout is ok and coffee is decent. I would never order food again here personally.

I just sit at the counter for 7 minutes have the stuff I wanted sold to the person behind me. Everytime I go into this location is the worst experience of my life. If you want rude for crappy service and I suggest that you come here. Never again will I go into the store.

Great food and Great service! I live at the Landing and I frequent here because one of the few healthy options, Their Staff is amazing as well. I went there for my birthday over the weekend and I was in a bad mood. Kelly gave me a free cookie and I felt so much better!

Food is tasty, as with most Panera locations... but the service here has gone down hill drastically in the last couple years. Do not trust that if you place an online order that they will have it. Always check your order before leaving.
