Rude staff. First I ordered beer and then the waitress came back and said the manager did not have a license to sell beer in the state of Oregon only in Washington so no beer. The salad bar was dirty and most of the containers were almost empty and most of them were duplicate items, not a good selection of things to put on a salad. The Waitress brought my pizza (along with the bill which should always brought later toward the of the meal)and just sat it on the table didnt say a word (can i get you anything else? Would you like more soda?) She didnt bring any plates to eat it on, i had to ask her for them as she walked past the table.(this place was not busy at all. There was 2 other couples there and I was by myself..a total of 3 tables maybe 5 to 7 people total in the restaurant) She did not reply. A few minutes later she walked past again dropping the plate on the table. Still no...is there anything else I can get you not a word. I went to dish up a piece and realized there was no spatula with my pizza. I didnt bother asking her for it. Just used my fork. She never came back to the table to check on how I was doing. I went to the counter to pay and another employee was on the phone taking a phone in order. There was another customer at the counter waiting to pay also. As the employee was taking the order she was replying in a very rude tone to the customer. Another employee finally came to the counter to cash us out after over 5 minutes of us waiting. The employee taking the phone order got off the phone and as she rolled her eyes she made a comment to the other employee about how stupid the caller was. Pizza hut has always been my first choice when I want a pizza. It was also one of my first jobs as a kid and I have always had a pleasant dining experience. That was until today This was the single worst visit I have ever had. Not only the rude unprofessional staff including the "manager" and the almost non existent barren salad bar, but the pizza(meat lovers pan crust);was the worst I had ever eaten! I will never go to that pizza hut again! In fact it will be a while before I eat at any pizza hut after that horrible pizza!

Seaside OR Pizza Hut. Visited 5 Sept 2017. Walked in and placed an order for a personal size pizza with extra cheese. The girl who took my order said it would be 15 minutes. Went to the grocery store across the street then came back 15 minutes later to pick it up. The girl looked around then figured out that she had given my pizza to someone else. She then proceeded to complain about her day as I stood there confused. Someone finally came up from the back and figured out what was going on and put another pizza in for me. I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes while she continued to complain. By the time I finally got my pizza I had to walk home in the dark. The girl didnt apologize or try to make it right in any way. There also was not much cheese on my pizza.

Ugh. Rough experience. Came in and ordered 3 pizzas for the family to be delivered later. Delivery was set for 7:45. $61 including tip. No pizza, so called at 8 :12. They spaced it. Okay, this stuff happens, and while I was super unhappy, the manager apologized. That is a start, but not enough when its going to be an hour late. Offered $10 store credit (WTF?) and a free dessert. I dont need more food, so is there a chance you can refund any of my $60? Not a chance. Driver called from wrong address and then apologized profusely. I tipped him at the store (and made sure he got the money) but we got nothing else. Cannot understand why a manager wouldnt refund any of my money. Driver was great. Just need to own your mistakes Pizza Hut Seaside!

Pizza Hut used to be good but now they are more worried about saving money than taking care of the customer. Their food is ok but definitely not like it used to be. You have to pay $2 more for extra cheese and the cheese isnt even barely there! Their cheese sticks are a joke and again barely any cheese. Plus they are always cooked too much. Getting pizza here just isnt worth it. You pay too much for too little pizza and toppings. Also the restaurant is dirty inside with food on the floors and smears and prints all over the Windows. The only positive is that the staff was nice. If you want good pizza consider skipping Pizza Hut and going to Angelinas down the road or getting Papa Murphies.

10/10 times I call to place an order I get put on hold 9/10 times I have been put on hold, I get forgotten and give up after 15+ minutes...Im in the drive through for the 2nd time, the first time I sat for a half hour after arriving to pick up my carry out, they forgot about me and my pizza was done before I even arrived, needless to say it was ice cold...Im still waiting in the drive through , long enough to get annoyed and write this review and STILL no one has come to the window but I can see them and they see me....... Poooooor service , extremely poor EDIT: I had to pull in and out to drive over the bell to get service

DANGER!!!AVOID!!! would rate this a negative if I could!!! saw one of the pizza makers scrape his gloveless sauce covered finger on the edge of the container to remove excess tomato sauce stuck to his finger, where he would later use the same container to make another pizza! then later wiped his hand on his filthy stained jeans (that look like they havent been washed for a few weeks while working on a farm) he continued working on the pizza. absolutely unacceptable food handling! unfortunately I had already finished eating when I witnessed this loathsome behavior

Helpful late night gal....she was new but top of the line customer service and drive thru too! She offered napkins and utensils for out to go order. We had limited choices for pizza in that town but we made the right choice! "Supreme"on thin crust with a substitution of spinach for green pepper was a amazing pizza-just like pizzas from the fancy "gourmet" joints! ( not greasy!) we will give Pizza Hut another look in our town!

I read the reviews about the poor service but decided to try it anyways. I called my order in for pickup and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I showed up 30 minutes later, the order hadnt been placed yet. When I asked how much longer it might take, the girl at the counter just looked confused and said "maybe 20 minutes." The people there were nice enough, but definately incompetent
