Food is generally fantastic, but beware what you are used to as far as lettuce. Some of the culture here in the Seattle area is used to eating sandwiches and even soups with cooked lettuce. Some people prefer hot sandwiches with crisp lettuce. My personal preference is the crisp lettuce. So when I ordered a teriyaki chicken wrap one time, the lettuce was cooked and there was alot of water dripping from the wrap due to the cooked lettuce which in my opinion was not a good culinary decision. BUT everything else I have ever had for lunch here has been fantastic! The burgers and sandwiches are the best Ive had, just a word of caution about preference for cooked lettuce in their wraps.

I dont feel right rating the place when I didnt get a burger or shake. We were staying at the Marriott Townplace Suites right next door so the location is super convenient if thats your situation. I just picked up a couple things to go for the kids. The place was pretty empty on a Friday afternoon around 4. The service was friendly and fast. We got chicken nuggets and chicken strips. The chicken nuggets were good, but I didnt think the chicken strips were crispy enough. They seemed a little soggy. If I ever find myself in the area again, Id definitely go back and order a burger next time.

Cheese burger was decent. Fries were crispy exterior and fluffy inside - awesome. Strawberry shake was decent. Service was fine. Atmosphere was meh (not what concerns me). The only reason Im giving it 3 stars was my meal was $13 and change for burger, fries, and a shake that are just average. The price to quantity/quality ratio is off. A suggestion to the owners. If the burgers were thicker and you bring the price point down to $10, youll get my business again.

I did a yelp review on this place. Not sure why people like this place. First they got my order wrong. Gave me a double instead of a bacon cheeseburger. That may normally be okay but the patties were like meatloaf, which Im not a fan of. Than the $4 onion rings came with 7.5 rings and we are talking small cheap dipped rings. Not even burger king standard. The shake was the highlight, but most $5+ shakes better be delicious. I will never go again.

Excellent dinner out with the family. They have about 25 different burgers to choose from, in both chicken and beef. I am a Spicy Chicken girl myself, though the Blue Cheese burger gets a close second. Clean and fast service in all but their busiest times. Friday dinner will get a line to the door after about 5:45 so go early!

Good food for the price, got the Thai Chicken wrap and fries, roughly $10 good size wrap good amount of fries. I would have liked a drink for that price but this is not some fast food joint so I can understand... As for the reviews about the rude lady. Im not sure who they are referring too. everyone is very nice.

This place is a must try for anybody.. family or not, they do have a good kids menu though. They have 27 Burger selections and 17 Wraps, Fish and Chips and Clam Chowder. Very pfriendly service, best beef burgers and Fry Sauce hands down.. go there, youll see lol.. oh! the Oreo Shake is killer!!

Bad bad service. Asian lady at the counter needs some attitude adjustment. My wife and i went there during luch time, forget greeting us when we approached her, dumb woman kept giving us attitude while taking the order. We said nevermind n walked out. Never going there again.

Epic Meal Time. The burger was excellent, but what really impressed me was the bun. Tasted so good! Also, best chocolate shake Ive had in WA. Finally, a place that has the best off both worlds. Looking forward to my next visit.
