The LCD TV playing "Katsu Burger How Its Made" behind the drink case helps to distract from the claustrophobic space and inform you that good food takes time. I got the KB version of chicken nuggets, but I was surprised by the quality of both the food and the presentation. Next time Ill try a burger. The Green Tea milkshake has actual Macha for a natural flavor that cant be beat (or imitated). The tonkatsu sauce is really good too. There are so many ways that a Japanese themed burger joint could go wrong, but KB avoids them all and delivers an excellent product.

What I like most about this place, is that they burgers here are special. Its not generic and they have stuff you wont find any place else. With that said, you should probably only get take out here. The place itself is pretty small and has very limited sitting. The service is also minimal. Im not holding it against them, its just that I believe burgers taste best when they are fresh, and this place really isnt built for that. Would recommend you try it at least once, and if you have the option and live close enough - get take out from here.

Katsu Burger in Seattle is awesome and the Bellevue one is just as awesome! Great burgers, great fries and a great ambiance with all sorts of Japanese pop culture strewn across the place along with some Japanese music in the background. Its been a while since I went to the Seattle location but this one seemed a little more pricey.

Fried burgers are worth a try. Nice presentation. My son is a fan of the Capitol Hill location and said the decor is much nicer. This one feels more hole in the wall. Dislike the digital checkout with the "suggested tip" forced upon the guest. These are becoming pervasive and annoying. Lost a star for that alone.

Great burger and good collection of sauces! Only downside is that they give you frozen fries.. Except one all tables have round seats with no backrest - so there is no place to hang your jacket. The burgers are a little less expensive than a restaurant but more expensive than a McDonalds.

Food is good. Customer service is horrible. Called in to order and the lady didnt even speak English well enough to take my order. I waited on hold for 5 minutes. Arrived 10 minutes later and food was still not ready. Waited another 15 minutes. 30 minutes just to grab a burger.

A different kind of burger. The burger uses a piece of katsu instead of a Pattie. Dont let that put you off. The beef katsu its a piece of steak that has been tenderized, then coated and breaded, then fried to a juicy, tender morsel. Give it a try, you will be glad you did.

This place is the bomb. Huge portions for reasonable prices, and delicious hamburgers. I tried the Godzilla Katsu burgerwith their curry fries and Wasabi mayo dipping sauce. It was easily one of the best hamburgers Ive had in the area. Highly recommend.

The quality of the food is always top notch. You may wait a little longer to get it, but its well worth it. Unique flavors and that satisfying crunch of the katsu patty will keep me coming back. Service is always great as well.

Awesome spin on burgers. Was a little skeptical at first but if I am ever in the area again I will go back. The place should franchise. Check out the world map of their customers. Only a few countries were unaccounted for.

Tastes really good. Great choices of varying flavor and styles. Service was normal, nothing great. Prices were super high for what youre buying...but would definitely return and try out the rest of their menu.

LOVE Katsu Burger. Super unique burger experience in the greater Seattle area. Orders take a bit longer than many places as they are cooked to order. Every menu item weve tried has been amazing. GO THERE!

Katsu Burger is the best place to get a burger , period. But on a serious note Ive been eating these burgers for 3 years now and they just keep stepping their game up, they even sell the sauces in jars now!

Pleasantly surprised. There are many toppings to choose from and all the flavors blend together nicely. The dipping sauces are the best part in my opinion. A little pricey but very filling.

I would rather have regular burger, the burger is very dried and deep dried pattie is not health, the pattie is very dried. The sauce is too thick. The milkshake is overly sweet as well:(

Delicious place for a different take on burgers. Deep fried patties in a number of japanese-themed styles. They have great sauces for the fries that you can also add to the burger.

One of our favorite places, although a once in a while treat because of the price. All of their burgers are great, along with the homemade sauce.

A no-frills restaurant with awesome tasting burgers - much better than gourmet burgers. Kind of proves that good food is not always expensive :-)

Pretty good burgers, but I wish it was less expensive. It was $30 for two of us for a take out order, so without tip. Nori fries were amazing.

Kitschy, fun, Japanese themed Burger joint. Looking to shake up your usual burger routine? One of these big messy burgers will do the trick.

Godzilla burger is so good. They can substitute a tofu patty on any burger. All the patties are deep-fried which may not be for everyone.

Great food, large portions, the space is a little small though, so it can get crowded (or no seating options at all) during busy times.

Its can be a little wait but its well worth it for the quality burgers and crispy fries. I prefer the seaweed seasoned (nori) fries.

Deep fried hamburgers. Tasty sauces for dipping your fries. Only a handful of tables, so keep that in mind if you plan to dine in.

Delicious burgers with a Japanese twist. This location is smaller then the Tukwilla one, but the food is just as good.

Great prices and huge portions. Beef Katsu is a bit dry and flavorless - sub the pork. Black sesame shake is amazing!

Tokyo classic is spot on. Crispy katsu burger patties are A-mazing. Nori fries are chronic. Get the macha milkshake!
