[Service]: Waited over 15 minutes to be seated. This was in non-prime lunch with only one group ahead of me that looked also not happy that they waited 10 mins being the only people there with plenty of seating. Ordering my food was good and the waitress seem to drop a bit of attitude once I was seated. Once she took my order I waited 10 mins after she set the food down to try to tell her my fork was dirty. Instead I had to take silverware off another table in-order to eat my side dish. Once she did come back is acknowledged it being gross she did nothing to make the experience better. I was not looking for any form of compensation just more then eek.. like "I am sorry sure how can we make it right?" at the very least. [Food & Quality]: I had a lentil burger it was good and the price was reasonable, but I did also see that the bun was soggy as others have mentioned, but overall I felt like the price was worth both the Quality and Food. As a restaurant i would hope they would work on the service a bit more on hosting and servicing customers it seems they need some work [Aesthetics]: I think the indoor and outdoor seating and overall look and feel was above average. [Overall]: I would come back, but i was put off by the service. I hope the next time I am in the Seattle area and feel like a burger that I would try it again and hopefully see this review to address the service issues.

I have to be honest...I work as a chef close to this place but had never been there. Claiming to be a burger joint, I figured I would have the best burger in town. The beer was awesome and the service was just ok. I ordered the "Best $10 burger " and I gotta say I was dissapointed. I get it, its only ten bucks...The fries were just the remnants from lunch at the bottom of the bowl. I literally had 2 ounces of edible fries and the rest were burnt. They were soggy and cold. I mean, come on...how much does a russet potato cost? Refire some new ones. The burger was medium well, which is expected for a 1/4lb burger. The problem is that at medium well you need to balance it out with sauce. Only the bottom bun had sauce on it and this made the burger dry. How hard is it to take that extra step? Slather it baby. Its a burger. Overall, pretty sad. Burgers need love and passion and your cooks dont have it. Fries are cheap and fill you up, so stop being frugal. I would rather go to five guys...

Ive come here before in the past and it was good - stupidly pricey ($18 for a burger?) but I could put up with it on nights I really wanted a good burger. But never again - had the worst burger of my entire life last night. Burger was severely undercooked, there was a weird gristle that I bit into on every bite, and when I took off the top bun the lettuce was clearly old and it just looked disgusting. Instead of eating it, I just threw it away. The kicker is that my girlfriend ordered a burger with a vegetarian patty and it was just as bad in its own way. So this apparently is what they now consider a quality $18 burger. Sad part is that this isnt a one time thing, the last time I went it was just as bad - although then I witnessed an employee quitting and walking out so I gave them a pass. Now Im thinking maybe that quitting employee had a point. I will never, ever go back. Just go to Din Tai Fung if you want consistently quality food for a higher price.

I have been wanting to try Local 360 in Seattle, but Belltown is one of the Seattle neighborhoods that Im reluctant to go to because of the lack of free parking and the amount of traffic. Local Burger in Bellevue seemed a good option to give them a try. I wanted to get as much of a pure burger experience as possible, so I asked them to hold the relish and aioli. They would not give me any mayo. They had to have it because they make aioli (or do they get it bottled?). I was asked how I wanted it, so I said medium. There wasnt a bit of pink to the meat. It was well charred and dry. I could taste no seasoning. Because they dont have salt and pepper on the table, I assume that they think this is the way its supposed to taste. I dont send things back because I dont want a pissed off cook redoing something Im going to eat. There are so many other places that serve decent, some even great, burgers that I have no reason to return.

TL;DR: Not for vegetarians; and the fries were soggy. After spending a week in the Bellevue area, Local Burger served up the one fully disappointing meal of the entire visit. My son and I visited for lunch at about noon on a Monday. We each ordered the veggie burger; he ordered regular fries as his side and I ordered truffle fries. The burgers arrived and I noticed that the fries looked rather dark and, well, flexible. Yep, they were soft and unappetizing. The veggie burgers were bland and tasted a bit tart - not a flavor I would expect from a lentil burger. I sent back the fries and the server didnt offer to remake them, and she didnt partially comp the check. I thought about asking to speak with a manager before we left, but our time was limited, and I simply noted it as a lesson learned. Oh well, we had room for dessert at Belle Pastry across the street, which lifted our moods. :-)

This place is fantastic. They have the best burger I have ever had "The hillbilly" which has a ground beef and bacon patty, bbq sauce, fried red onions, greens and house made aioli sauce. My husband also loves theyre secret burger which isnt on the menu but has bacon and peanut butter. Im also a huge fan of their deviled eggs. The burgers were both cooked to perfection and are food came out really fast. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the prices are great! I always come here when I want a burger even though its kinda far from where I live. Highly recommend! !!

Worst happy hour burger ever. Paid $9 for pre-made 1/4 lb fast-food style wrapped in tin foil burger warmed in an oven or something. They didnt even bother to unwrap the tin foil. No greens or tomato, just a sauce and soft buns glued to the patty. Im not sure about all the other reviews, not sure if they get out much to explore. I guess it compares favorably if your standard is Burger King, but at least Burger King sells the same burger for $1.95 and it comes with something other than just a patty glued to soft buns warmed in an oven or something.

Burgers are great, BUT... Please never order thier bottomless mimosas... they are horrible. Id reccommend they take these off the morning special and never serve them. They are made with some type of powdered oj mix and have a really wierd aftertaste. There are litterally clumps of the powdered mix at the bottom of the carafe you can see. We couldnt even drink 1 and it was a complete waste of money. Thier normal mimosas might be ok (never tried) but these were BAD. Really cant belive they offer these when the food itself was good.
