Above average by Ramen enthusiast standards. It is quite hard to find above average food places. A lot of so called Ramen restaurants use dry noodles instead of fresh noodles. This restaurant uses Fresh noodles.(You would think that you would get fresh noodles when you go to a restaurant. But somehow about 1/3 of ramen places use fried or dried noodles cooked when ordered) Good broth. Not too salty but full of flavors. I would choose here over arashi ramen. I love Arashi ramen but they are too salty . Also, good portions for everyone. Definitely thumbs up. Not so many customers yet tho. Probably needs more advertisement.

A small, very much a family owned place, cooking home-style dishes. Dont expect Tokyo sophistication, theres a much more simple, fresh, almost rural approach here - as if youve stopped at a roadside stand on Shikoku Island. We really like this place, our go-to dish is the Spicy Miso Ramen an honest, unpretentious, very satisfying meal for about what youd pay for sugary teriyaki, or a Corporate Burger with fries. A bit difficult to find, its at the end of a small strip mall off of 188th & the East Valley highway - tucked in behind the Harbor Freight store.

The ramen tastes good! I ordered a shoyu ramen to go, without too much expectation since its my first time there. It turned out to be a happy surprise. The owner let me know that they are also on UberEATS which I used a lot recently. However when I was ready to order from UberEATS today it says the place is closed on Wednesdays. I called and got the same message. Neither Yelp nor Google says its closed on Wednesdays. Not sure if its because that its a new restaurant. I strongly recommend the owner to update their hours of operation.

Their broth is a balance of light and rich. The service was super fast very friendly and eager to please. I would compare this place to arashi ramen in service and price to be sure, but I would say their food, although its still ramen, is different. This is not necessarily a bad thing. If you are looking for a ramen with a lighter, less salty broth than Arashi Ramen, this is your ticket. Its also not that far from Arashi Ramen (2 miles). I recommend checking it out.

I stumbled upon this place accidentally and was pleasantly surprised. In an odd little strip mall behind Harbor Freight and near Great Wall Mall, this place had been open 2 weeks. My favorite parts were the tenderness of the pork and the duck egg. The broth was well flavored and the noodles firm. Although I ordered the spicy miso broth, next time I would add on the spicy paste. I look forward to taking my kids here.

Incredibly good Ramen. This is some of the most authentic Japanese cuisine youll come across. The environment is very nice, service is fast and friendly. I especially enjoyed the texture and medley of flavors fused into each bowl. You can tell many ingredients came directly from Japan. I had an excellent time; highly recommend.

First time at this shop. Service was calm and quick. They were also quite attentive to refilling drinks and making sure we were satisfied with our meal. The Kicori miso ramen was great! Not super salty or bland, just right. Cuts of meat were great and the noodles perfect. Definitely a future repeat customer.

Simplistic but beautiful restaurant and ramen! Ramen can be customized with corn and many other things! Everything here is a la carte so choose away! Very friendly staff! Will be back. They also have some Korean foods too like kimchi.

Delicious Ramen with above average noodle portions. Some of the best Ive had in the area. Service was very fast but we were the only ones in the restaurant. There was no ice in the water, but it tasted very good.

The service was very good and the food came out fast although me and my friends were the only one there at the time but the broth and noodle were very delicious and the pork was very tender

Fake ramen, noodles are not proper ramen noodles, meat is cooked separately from broth. The broth has none of the richness or depth of flavor expected. On the plus side, service is good.

My second time. The ramen is terrific. I had Habanero Shoyu with pork this time. The spiciness is about 3 on a 1 to 5 scale. A pleasant atmosphere with prompt service at lunchtime.

Best Ramen in Seattle area. No so oily but full of favor.... especially the habanero soup. Excellent in its balance between saltiness and spicy. Just try it.... =^÷^=

Best ramen in the area; Arashi at Southcenter is a close second, but the noodles themselves here are much better. Super friendly staff too. We have become regulars.

The broth had Great flavor and texture, noodles were fresh, overall solid for a Seattle area ramen spot. Seems family run, very friendly service.

Awesome miso broth. A la carte ordering system makes it easy to get exactly what you want. Generous serving of pork. Will definitely come back.
