First not Authentic Japanese Ramen. First impressions were welcoming Irashaimase (welcome in Japanese) greeting. Menu was simple with the basic ramen soup bases. I ordered the tonkotsu and hot tea. The hot tea was not your traditional Ocha (green tea) more of a oolong tea. I asked if they had green tea but it was still not ocha. After receiving my order the noodles were not Japanese ramen noodles. They didnt seem to be fresh either because my noodles were very square in shape. I would say they were more either Chinese or Korean noodles. Soup broth was ok but lacked the umami of a real Japanese ramen broth. Staff were pleasant but very casual dress code. Black slacks, black jeans, and black jogging pants seemed to be OK wear. I wasnt very pleased because I was expecting real ramen. When leaving they said thank you rather than Arigatou gozaimashita (thank you). I would not recommend this for anyone seeking an authentic Japanese ramen shop experience. There are other authentic shops in town.

My dad and I went here to pick up food so we could eat at the hospital with my wife who just gave birth. We ordered three entrees but only received two. I didntnotice until we got back to the hospital that there was three sets of chop sticks, three spoons and 2 entrees. Weird. I called the restaurant and spoke to the kid who took our order and he politely called me a liar. It was too late to make it back to the restaurant before they closed. My wife ate and agreed it was about as good as the dry packeged ramen you get in the grocery store. This place just adds meat...

Not the (yellow colored) ramen shown in the photo. Being from Hawaii, the noodles was like S&S Saimin noodles. The pieces of meat on the dish were cold. Tasted like noodles not from Japan, true ramen, but from one of the other Asian countries. Next time Im going to Kizuki in Bellevue. The green tea was not traditional because they stretched it with Barley. I wanted ocha (green tea) and not barley tea. When leaving the server said thank you. Traditional Japanese restaurants would say arigato gozaimashita.

Amaaaaaazing food. Friendly helpful staff that really seem to like their job and what they serve. Food was so good I didnt want to ruin the experience with a picture of my food. Had the mango salmon (beautifully seasoned with light sauce, squeeze of lemon and fresh mango for a perfect bite), pot stickers (perfectly balanced of tangy & savory with the right thickness of skin), and curry dipping ramen.. . Magic!

This place has amazing food that is reasonably priced. My friend suggested that I try the Mazemen dish (cold ramen noodles mixed with fresh fruit and vegetables), which I did and now its one of my all-time favorites! Since Im a salmon lover I also tried the curry salmon appetizer, which did not disappoint! I will definitely keep coming back to Ramen Bushi-do!

The chicken miso ramen and fish-broth tsukemen tasted pretty good. Theyre light and tasty, but not as strong a taste as how some other ramens could be (thats the cost for keeping it light). The service, interior design, and food presentation were all excellent at this price point. One of the best places to eat a lighter ramen in Seattle area.

It was once pretty good before. Their karaage has less meat and more flour than they used to be. Cold soft boiled eggs in the ramen soup. Kinda ruined the temperature and the taste of the ramen. Should at least warm the eggs a little bit before dump it in the soup.

One of the best ramen houses in King county. Seriously. Id give it 5 stars except staff can be a little cold and it fills up fast during busy hours. However, if you hit the off hours its always a great experience. Would love to see more sake represented, too.

Great ramen and decently fast service. The tsukemen spicy pork ramen had a creamy delicious broth. The miso ramen was the best miso ramen Ive had. Get lower sodium if you want a less strong flavor. Their noodles are delicious and really pick up the broth.

The food is really great, the portions are big, and the staff is really friendly! The only issue is that you cant make reservations on advance, which means you might have to wait a bit before eating, especially during lunch or dinner on the weekends.

Went for an early dinner on Sunday. Friendly & quick service. The meat was not as melt in your mouth as some but overall delicious broth, egg, and flavors. Would recommend if you are having a ramen craving. Also, on the house hot tea! Yum!

Very hard to find freshly made Ramen and I love it! The service is great compare to some other restaurants. I feel the hospitality once I walked in. The waiter introduce their menu with patient and smile.

So glad we finally have a ramen restaurant in Issaquah. The tonkotsu was really good, and were eager to try other menu items. They also do take-out, which is great for parents with busy toddlers.

Super yummy ramen! Friendly staff, very ready to help. A little difficult to find, we thought it would be on the street, but the building actually wraps around and the entrance is in the back.

This is a rare find in the Issaquah district. I no longer have to travel all the way to Seattle for good ramen. Every taste was delish and fresh.

Some of the best ramen in the Seattle area, and the best pork chashu. Wish their chicken karaage was a little better.

Not the kind of ramen I enjoy. The liquid was cloudy and fairly sick. Neither my wife or I could finish our bowls.

Was ok for the Ramen but nowhere near its competitors in Bellevue. The appetizers were delicious though.

Ramen purists will enjoy. I recommend the chili oil side to spice up some of the richer broths.
