I recently purchased their groupon deal - One recover facial with scalp treatment — and went there last weekend for a facial. they just apply a cream, some little oil and scrub and they dont clean your face like removing black heads or white heads or applying a scrub and massaging to remove the dead cells or white/black heads. Also, they dont do any scalp treatment as such. The scalp treatment provided was applying oil with a cotton for less than a minute and NO massage was provided.. The groupon deal says 90 minutes but they do only for like 30 mins - like apply cream, scrub and oil. i bought 2 deals and its waste of time and money. POOR SERVICE on the whole.

I love this place. I havent been to the spa yet..but I am def. planing too. I love Cafe Chi!!! I had never tried Bubble Tea before but I heard some of my friends talking about it. So I decided to go in and try some Bubble Tea. Yummy!! I love the Passion Fruit Bubble tea and all the smoothies (I tell them to add tapioca to the smoothies) are delicious! And all the employees are really friendly. I cant wait till summer...because that little pond with the waterfall outside is gorgeous. I like to go at least once a week. I either go alone or with one of my close friends. I also got my siblings hooked on the smoothies. :)

I love how peaceful the little garden is outside of the cafe and spa. I always look forward to meet with my girlfriends over a cup of real milk tea or meals. I have two little kids who feel at home when we go out and eat there. This place is very family friendly. Its a treat to get my nails done and some facial and massages. I just wish I live down the street from this place!

Ive been here three times so far and keep returning for their services. :) The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly; the prices are competitive and very fair. Ive had two facials, (a very yummy experience!) and one pedicure and will be returning for more services. Excellent place for a personal spa day!

i have been to Spa Chi many times. Catherine, the owner, has created a really wonderful space particularly for pedicures with friends or daughters and having the cafe next door makes for an extra special experience being pampered with a chai latte!

Horrible owners, they keep the tips that the waiters worked for. They hire people who are desperate for a job and work them 60-80 a week. My husband worked for them and they screwed him and refuse to do the right thing.

I get my nails done here every 6 months or so. Both of the nail technicians are super friendly and enjoyable to be around. They always get me in right away and it is a wonderful atmosphere. Love it!
