Sum up: Took 45 min to get just coffee and the server was very strange. I came in 45 minutes before closing to just get a coffee. I go up to the counter and ask for a caramel frappe. The cashier lady says they dont sell that. I replied saying the blended coffee drink with caramel. She tells me they dont sell cold coffee. I point to where it is on the menu and say yes you do right there. She says oh okay and rings me up. 25 minutes pass and at first I dont really realize because I was swamped with work I was doing while I waited. I felt like it had been a long time though and was shocked when I looked at the clock and almost half an hour had passed. I was about to say something when she brought me the drink. It was mocha not caramel and I dislike their mocha frappe. I go back up to the counter and say excuse me this is the wrong flavor. She says oh actually because its 20 min until closing Im not really supposed to make anything. I tell her I ordered it 30 min ago. She responds again she cant make anything because it is too close to closing and offers a refund. I say okay and instead of refunding me shes walks off and starts doing random things. At this point I turn to my husband and say this is poor customer service. After I said that she came back to the counter and was like uh okay maybe I can go make it. (Yes you should that is what you are paid for. Also you just put the mix in the machine so idk what the issue is). She walks over to the machine and paces in front of the blender for a minute. Then shouts can someone make the caramel coffee , I dont know how

Dont go to this location. They give Panera a bad name. The worker at the front (although very gracious and I understand was not his fault) slyly mentioned at the last second that it would be a 30 min wait. It took an hour to get my food! Not to mention this location was extremely dirty: the tables took 20 minutes to be cleared, they had 0 straws for over half an hour, and the bathrooms were trashed! I ordered soup & sandwich and a smoothie. The lady next to me ordered half soup and hers took 45 minutes. Something is seriously wrong with this location. And when customers would say something, employees rolled their eyes! I was not rude, I sat and chatted with the woman next to me. When I got my to-go order they forgot my smoothie. When they brought it, they handed me a WARM SMOOTHIE. Like, literally warm! I tossed it on my way out. This is obviously a repeating problem based on other reviews. If youre THAT slammed, hire more people or contact corporate and let them know youre struggling! Its absolutely NOT okay! Will never return to this location and highly suggest others do not either.

Picked up my order, which was ready in a timely manner, and the friendly cashier fixed a problem with it. My son started throwing a tantrum and rolling around on the ground, so I said "Alright then Im gonna have to leave you here if you dont come with me" (keep in mind I didnt leave without him, hit him, etc) and a woman followed me just outside the door and started harassing/yelling at me/getting in my face for "scarring his psyche" and claimed it was child endangerment. This woman was CLEARLY harassing me in front of my kids, and an employee came out to tell us to take it somewhere else like I was some sort of troublemaker at a bar! If you see someone harassing a customer, maybe...I dont know...try to help them? Im not placing the entire blame on the employee, but my son is completely traumatized and I wish more would have been done to diffuse the situation.

Went in on Saturday and it we were hesitantly greeted. The cashier let us know it would be a 30 minute wait. The funny thing was hat she hadnt mentioned this to the two people using the kiosks to order. They both looked surprised and cancelled their orders. We decided to place the order To go and run an errand while waiting. When we got back we decided to eat in the restaurant. The cafe was terribly dirty. There was garbage on the floor all over and not one single clean table. There were two tables near us that were full of dishes when we sat down and they were still there 30 minutes later when we left. I love Panera, but this place was in bad shape.

Ive come here a few times and always had a wonderful experience. This morning I am getting some work done, while sipping on the delicious light blend coffee, and enjoying my asiago bagel. Its nice to have somewhere to come with free wifi, that I can enjoy the calm atmosphere and get some work done. The staff here is kind and helpful. They were out of half and half for the coffee, and the girl brought some right over out of the carton before they could refill it, just to help me out. They might just have a regular on their hands with this kind of service!

Panera makes some great sandwiches and a good french onion soup, enough so that I keep coming back in. However recently the "hot panini" sandwiches Ive ordered here have barely been toasted and, rarely, the half caesar salad hasnt seemed as fresh as I would prefer. The baked goods are all pretty tasty and with posted calorie counts its easy to aim for a healthy meal for a reasonable price. I just wish the staff and management could make things more consistently worth a four-star review.

I had what must be described as the worst grilled cheese sandwich Ive ever been served, even in a public school cafeteria. How can you ruin something so basic you ask? Well heres their recipe: First you take two thick pieces of fluffy white bread and under toast them. Then you spread a smear of Velveeta-like cheese (keep it under 1/64th of an inch). Guaranteed inedible. I give them two stars because the tomato soup and apple I had with it were both quite good.

Very long line on a recent weekday holiday. The so called "express" lines were not moving, at least two of the ordering devices appeared to be down, and someone who got in line after me said she had waited 20 minutes in the "express" line to find that the device wasnt working. I ended up installing their app to order online; we skipped the lengthy line and had our food delivered to us within about 10 minutes at our table. Use the app, skip the line!

Panera is generally great, but this Panera is pretty terrible. You can almost always depend on your order being messed up in some way. Order a toasted bagel with cream cheese? Takes 5 minutes (literally) to cut and toast, then you dont even get the cream cheese with it. The only reason I give this 2 stars at all is because they actually serve Panera food.

Added watermelon to salad, they only put 4 pieces tiny (1cm cube) pieces. Added avocado, they put in a quarter avocado, not sliced, just one chunk. Flatbread had the smallest piece of mozzarella cheese. I could not even see/taste it. Such a rip off. May be other locations are better. Pasta (totellini) is ok Bread is hard to bite
