I travel often for work and as a regular Panera patron Ive been to quite a few. Quite often I use them for work catering and I visit on a regular basis. That said, Id have to say this is easily the worst location Ive visited. The store was dirty, floors were sticky and tables didnt look like theyd been wiped down in eons. The service was a whole other experience altogether. There were 2 working the counter area, a black-haired girl and a guy, I think his name was Ivan. Neither acknowledged customers and just stood there. I had my family with me and my wife asked about some allergy ingredients/concerns. Ivan looked at her with a blank stare then pointed over his shoulder at the menu without saying anything as if that answered anything. I had to ask him to get out their allergy/ingredient book so my wife could actually figure something out. Fast forward to actually ordering and it was apparent I knew more about the menu and options than he did. When we asked for something to be warmed up, we were literally pointed to a microwave without any words. Now the microwave was located under a filthy coffee area. Spilled cream, sugar and coffee that had been there a while. Someone had spilled a cup of coffee on the floor and it never got wiped up the whole hour we spent there. My mother in law wanted tea but there was no hot water available. When asked about that, Ivan said they keep hot water in the back and disappeared for a couple minutes before finally returning and slid a 2/3 cup of water across the counter, again without saying anything. 2 out of 7 of our orders we wrong or missing things so that took multiple trips to get remedied as well. All in all this experience as so bad, we actually look back and laugh at the obsurdity of the whole situation. Luckily, I know this isnt the norm for Panera but we definitely wont be patronizing this location again.

Too bad a 1 is the lowest star rating available. I wish I could attach a photo of the steak & cheese sandwich that my daughter was served. Almost nine bucks & it only had two half dollar pieces of meat surrounded by lots of open bread & very minimal cheese. There were lots of customers standing at the counter when we took the sandwich to the counter to show it the employees & the other customers could not believe they served us a sandwich that looked like that. The employees didnt care & appeared to just be ready to get out of there, even though it looked like the party may have already started. Their friends were loudly banging on the windows from the outside. The girl that served our food seemed to live in a different realm, but she did know how to go outside to smoke cigarettes with no problem. We heard the employees talking badly about a group of customers that had just left. The food & service were terrible & I would be mortified if I were the franchise owner and the franchise as well. I recommend taking a close look at what is taking place at this location.

About 6:10 pm on Saturday - Redmond. Really hungry & looking forward to a yummy grilled cheese sandwich; ordered to go. When ready to eat after sitting in box for about 5 minutes or so, found that the sandwich was literally stuck to the box. Pried it out the best I could but the sandwich was ruined & tasted like the box. Dont like to complain but extremely disappointed & thought the manager should know. Spoke to Victoria & suggested in the future they place something between the sandwich & the box (like wax paper or anything). She said it should have been mentioned when the order was placed. I told her I had never ordered a grill cheese from there & could not have possibly known to do that. She did say she was sorry but did not sound genuine. She also said she would let the line staff know. Not sure what to make of that statement, unless they intend to change the procedure in how they wrap/box their sandwiches. Very unsatisfied with the response & will not be back to the Redmond location.

The rapid pickup feature is nice but not at this location in redmond. They never have my order ready on time and the employees obviously do not work as a team here. So today before work I placed an order and it said it would be ready to pickup at 7:35am so I walked inside at 7:45am and didnt see my order on the shelf so I asked the person behind the counter. The employee looked at the other 3 employees and said I made her oatmeal over 15 minutes ago, why didnt you guys make the coffee and the whole rest of the order? They all just stood there with nothing to say, none of them started making it. So I said hello can someone please finish my order so i can get to work...I was already late for work because of them. This is an on going issue every time I go there to pickup my food this seems to happen. And I order the iced latte and its never ready, it seems that all the employees need to be trained on the coffee making so that they cant say thats not my job.

terrible experience! staff was extremely unprofessional. was out of most of what we wanted and had a waitress who could not communicate a simple statement saying that even after waiting for our meal to be prepared they were out of yet again of one more thing that was wanted. when our meal arrived it was extremely skimpy to say the least. a sandwich was taken back and the staff said that it was all they could do. all the on lookers looking at the sandwhich including our selves clearly felt defferently. we refused to accept this and made it clear that we were not going to leave until the sandwich was fixed. after eye rolling and attitude more meat was added. as we ate workers were banging on the windows and being very rude to the patrons trying to enjoy a meal with their family. would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. one of the worst dining experiences i have ever had and looking at previous reviews it may not get better.

The food isnt the best Ive had at Panera cafes, but its hot, pretty fast, and usually not sloppily presented. To Go stuff seems to be put together haphazardly; often I have stuff missing or forgotten or messed up. Eating there can be hit or miss; if youre going during the week I STRONGLY recommend arriving prior to 11:30 and the absurd lunch crowd. People tend to linger about to do work and prolong meetings, making seating impossible. Also a little frustrating you have to pick up your food at the counter yourself and clean up afterwards too. This has been the only Panera where Ive had to do that. Which when juggling two small kids at the same time, can be a little challenging (especially when super crowded!)

impressively horrible on service, my order was sitting on the counter for 5 mins before I (not the lady that was happy to slide it down) looked at the name on the order. Then oh look thats my name... cool I guess I want to say I didnt hear them call my name because I was already talking to the guy that rung my order up about how to sign up on the mobile app, but surely they call a name more than once when there are no less than 6 people waiting for orders? nope just once (i am assuming they called it) but for a first impression.... I will avoid this place from now on. To be fair I should do a positive write up on the panera I normally visit.
