The teen girl working on our order was more concerned with feeling important than doing a good job at blending our ice cream. And a lady that I believe was the owner (and looked like perhaps mom of the teen girl) was rude about how it isnt cost effective to make the flavor my husband gets at EVERY OTHER STORE we have been to, even though we werent complaining, he chose another flavor easily. The flavor I like must not be very popular at this store (maybe this store isnt popular PERIOD, and for good reason) as I noticed after ordering it had the remnants of many of the other flavors swirled in it and was already almost melted before she took FOREVER to do a terrible job blending in my topping. She at first put in a medium cup (I ordered a large) and it fit about perfect and was about how other Coldstone locations would fill a medium. When realizing her error, does she add ice cream? NO! She just moves it into the large cup which it does not fill and then proceeds to make my husbands less than full as well so mine doesnt look undersized. She scraped up every remnant on the stone she could to toss in my cup and make it fuller, so I wound up with some topping leftovers I didnt like. And I had to pretty much drink it in the end and eat large pieces of unblended peanut butter cup. We will NEVER return to this location!

I normally love going to cold stone, but last nights experience was terrible. Reasons I disliked my expereince 1. They skimped me on the ice cream. I order a gotta have it and the ice cream hardly even reached the top of the container. My experience with other cold stones is they put a heaping amount of it in the bowl, to the point where it overflows the top. 2. They skimped me on the toppings. $0.80 for a single reeses peanut butter cup, and an additional $0.80 for 2 oreos. Ive never had a cold stone skimp so much on the toppings. 3. The worker realized shed skimped me on the ice cream, so she slapped a spoonful of unmixed ice cream on the top. This brought the total amount of ice cream about level with the top of the bowl... still not the amount Im used to and not the amount I want if Im paying $6 for it. 4. The fruit was disgusting looking. 5. All of the "mix-in" containers seemed dirty, like they hadnt been cleaned... ever. I would recommend people go to another cold stone.

Cold Stone ice cream is fantastic, very creamy and great mix-ins. But the experience at this one is awful, and I think its all because of the owner. She is rude and pushy and has no problem berating her staff in front of customers. No wonder the staff turn over is huge; it seems like new people working here every month. And, most Cold Stone locations will over-fill your cup, make you feel like youre getting more than you paid for, but not here. I went here for my BOGO free birthday ice cream last year and the kid working the counter gave me two punches on my rewards card. She (the owner) saw it happen and took my card away, then gave me a new card with one fewer punch. Talk about cheap and classless. Most places would have used that as a learning opportunity for the employee and let the customer benefit, but not her. She proceeded to berate the poor kid right in front of me. They no longer even have the rewards cards, go figure.

I go to Cold Stone all the time, it is my favorite ice cream franchise! This was my first trip to this particular location and I dont think I will be back. I came in 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. There were 3 girls working, they were cleaning and had lots of stuff put away already which made me feel uncomfortable and like I was inconveniencing them if I ordered anything. Once I did order it took awhile for them to make it because they had to go get everything out again from the back of the store. After I got my ice cream it was not mixed together very well and the Reeses cup they put in it was in 2 large pieces not in small bite sized pieces. Overall I was really disappointed with this particular location.

I know we will love the ice cream cake I picked up… But your diagram shows your store in the corner building with the Bank of America… This is not where you are! Not even close! Please revise your map to show where are you are... inside the mall near Half Price Books! Thank you! It wouldve saved me a LOT of time to have an accurate diagram of your location!!!!

I ordered 4 various mini cakes for a birthday from store #20283, located Bellevue, WA. Customer service was very friendly, answered all my questions and met all my special requests. The cakes were DELICIOUS! The price was nice as well!

The line never goes as quickly as I hope it will. The mixing thing seems to take up most of that time and I think its a lot of work for nothing. seems there must be a better way to flavor ice cream???

The "cold stone" really makes the ice cream taste just that much better. A really cool spot to mix and match your favorite toppings. One of my favorite mixes is the banana split.

Its like any other Cold Stone Creamery. Food was good. I was saddened it closed at 8pm on Saturday. While other stores stayed open longer.
