Excellent Mexican fast food. Cafe Rio is like Chipotle where you can start off with a burrito or bowl and add rice, beans, meat, pico, guacamole, etc. The taste is different from Chipotle (I love both and frequent both). Their pico, guacamole and sauces are excellent in taste and the ingredients feel they are good quality. They make the tortillas fresh in front of you and they taste very good. Tip - They have a whole wheat tortilla and it is excellent. Great option for those who want to avoid all purpose flour. Tip - They do have a daily special. I have tried their coconut shrimp tacos, cajun shrimp tacos and tamales and all the daily specials were excellent.

It is set up like Chipotles where you stand in line and then go through the assembly line process. The price was outstanding the quality tasted very yum and I now have a replacement for Chipotles. It was full of kids running around when I went there so I wont eat there again but I will do take out where I can eat it at my own home and not have kids running around and screaming. The customer service was pretty good every one seemed friendly enough but the place was kind of messy like dirty tables and used plastic utensils on the floor. Overall I liked it and will order out here again.

First impressions as I walked in; nice interior, but too many workers standing around. In fact I was greeted by three people at the cash register. I ordered the enchilada, expecting the giant portion depicted on the menu. Instead I got maybe half that size for $8+. Sad. Also I got a salad and instead of cutting the cilantro from the stems, some lazy, idiot cook thought they could get away by putting the ENTIRE cilantro stalk in the salad. The food was okay. TLDR; Too many workers, nice interior, expensive(kinda), small portion size, lazy cook.

Chipotle style ordering, but with fewer customization options; not that its a bad thing. The food here is good and fresh, with most of the protein choices having a sweet hint to them. You would be denying yourself a treat if you dont get the tres leches. Seriously. Tres leches is hard to find and this place does it right.

Great food, great selection, fat service. I love the different daily specials. The mint lemonade is some of the best Ive ever had. My favorite chain Mexican restaurant.

The food was delicious as always but the employees were kinda frowny and depressing to be around... They worked slowly and didnt seem too excited to be there.

Good food, fresh ingredients, tortilla are made in-house. The service, concept is similar to Chipotle or Qdoba.
