I am a massage practitioner that works at Chico Kodenkan nearby the T. Tea Bar & Fusion cafe; it is close enough for me to walk there after I see a client. If you are commonly in the downtown area, this place is a must visit for fantastic tea and a great atmosphere. I have been a patron of this establishment for 5 years. The staff here are always bright and friendly and the environment is relaxing with great music. Since it changed management, during its transition from Teaz Me to its present name, it has become even more fabulous! Onto the tea and food...the tea and food here is absolutely delicious, healthy, and beautifully prepared. My personal favorites are the Bowls, Edamame, and their Pomegranate Blush tea. I encourage any of my friends, family, and clients to try this wonderful place if you are looking for great, and properly brewed tea, and a lovely atmosphere.

My first time experience here was below par, I let them know my feedback and they instantly replied. They were so caring and apologetic, it was one of my most memorable customer experiences ever. Shelly Blanshei personally responded to my experience and was sincerely supportive and sorry. She reached out so fast and not just to me but to my mom as well. The way she handled my problem was so professional and amazing, I was so touched and thankful there are great restaurant owners out there. She turned my first time experience around and I have her to thank for that. I am so willing to give TBar another chance because I have heard so many good things and I know with an owner like this, Ill have a great time. We love eating here! Yes, the price is higher then most fast food but the food is worth it! I love the London broil wraps and my wife prefers the salmon bowls with chipotle sauce. No, they dont serve coffee but their tea selection is amazing. And it isnt just in a kettle, theyve got fizzy teas, teas that look like milk shakes and teas that youd think were lattes! If you havent tried them, do so! For a first visit Id suggest going during an odd hour like between 2-4 or 7-9 as youll have less of a crowd and more time to check the menus.

I have been going here daily for over a year. The staff is always consistently friendly, upbeat and professional. I will be leaving the area and will miss the food and the servers. Anything Shelly, the owner, puts her hand to is fresh,local and organic if possible. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The teas can be made decaffinated and less sweet if that is desired. T bar has been a genuinely positive experience for over 365 days straight. Treat tourself.

TBar has been around for ages and never fails to satisfy. The food options are relatively limited, but theyre all so good that really doesnt matter. The tea drinks they offer are always refreshing and they have an excellent collection of Loose Leaf to choose from. The atmosphere is great and the employees are upbeat. Definitely recommended.

The food leaves me feeling happily full and never makes me feel gross, bloated, or heavy. I enjoy the chicken wraps with seasoned white rice, herb tortilla, and teriyaki sauce. My wife likes the salmon bowls with half greens and quinoa with the wasabi sauce and extra avocado. Drinks are heavenly, especially a chocolate chai in the summer!

The food is delicious! It is one of the only places where although I am eating out, I still feel like I am eating healthy. I have only tried one of the drinks, but it is tasty as well. Its a mandarin bubbly drink that I bought during the $1.50 special hour. I would highly recommend the meat and rice bowl, the special sauce is awesome!

Initially I LOVED their bowls (salmon, tofu, other), but I soon realized theres not enough veggies in the bowls, so I stopped going. That being said, I do suggest you eat here and enjoy the food, which is very enjoyable. A youngish crowd overall. Awesome smoothies, which I still drink occasionally, eps. the chai smoothie.

The food and drink at the T. Bar is superb and well worth the expense. However, if you are stopping by for lunch between the hours of 11:30 and 2:00 make sure you phone in your order. The lines can get pretty outrageous and no one likes waiting around for their food in a small crowded area for 20minutes+.

Good drinks Foods doesnt taste bad but... I got a bowl and when I got home I realized how little meat and avocado they put in it. There were 3 slices of avocado and less than 2 oz of chicken! No way am I paying 9-10$ for 1/8th of a pound of protein. Super stingy. 2 stars just because I liked the drink

I was really surprised at how nice this place was. Yes walking in the door it does feel like a hippie dippie establishment but their prices are reasonable for food and teas. If you can get over the college crowd vibe its actually not a bad place to grab a bite to eat or try one of their wonderful teas.

An old stop in college and still a great place to go. I never knew there were so many different teas and ways to serve them, and each seems better than the last. The food is also very good and clearly healthy. On the other hand, I did think I was a touch overpriced for the portion sizes.

I love this place. My favorite is refill free tea! They have decaf and non caffeine options like rooibos. One thing I was a bit disappointed was that they stopped five star and all my points are just waisted.

The Mango Madness Frost is like childrens dreams captured in a cup, and you get the privilege of enjoying them in the form of flavor. Im from Redding but every time I drive south I go out of my way to stop here.

If you have never been here you must go! You will fall in love. Great selection of teas. I personally recommend the Honeydew Chill and the Black Peach Freeze.
