My family loves Popeyes chicken and weve been waiting for years to have one in our town. We previously had to drive at least 30 miles north or south to have it. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Weve eaten here several times since they opened and the one time they messed up our order, they went above and beyond in compensating for the mistake. My wife and kids love the wraps and would probably eat them several times a week if they could. We all love the sides and the Spicy fried chicken which is my favorite. Its always fresh and juicy and not cut weird like they do it at Ezells. I will recommend this location and probably eat here several times a month now that I dont have to drive way out of my way for it. The only reason that Im not giving five stars is that the sides are seriously overpriced and they charge you $.35 for a container of ranch dressing to dip your chicken in. You should get at least a couple of sauces if you by a 10 piece or larger fried chicken. $5 for a pint of potatoes and gravy is obscene when the potatoes are clearly instant. Dont get me wrong, theyre delicious but that price is nuts. They would still be making a profit if they cut it in half and I really wouldnt complain if they charged $3 but $5 is crazy. I know that the prices arent determined by their staff so this is no reflection on them. Theyre doing a great job and, as I said, theyll see us a lot. Well be the ones who arent ordering sides...

I ordered a number 4 in the drive thru at about 930 the lady told me that they only had potatoes and beans and rice for sides so I ordered the beans and rice. Wait wasnt that long about 6 minutes. When I arrived at the window I saw about five employess. One cleaning, one was restocking, one was cooking and two were on the window. I was charged and handed my food with really no kind of courtesy, which I can understand, they are trying to close and have a long line of people. When I arrived home though what was in the box was nothing I ordered except the chicken. They gave me potatoes and gravy and cold stale fries. I literally paid 12 bucks for a box of cold trash and chicken. Wont be going here again for a while. They need to have service that is correct and courteous no matter the time of day or rush. The chicken was okay though....

A true southern staple, Popeyes chicken fries up large quantities of succulent Louisiana spiced chicken at reasonable prices. The Everett location is, as of this writing, fairly new. Proximity to large aircraft manufacturing plants makes this place extremely busy during break times. Compared to other nearby fast food locations, this Popeyes location is kept very clean and the staff work efficiently. The wait was about average during a workweek lunch and the food came out hot. I get the feeling Ill be heading here frequently. Pros + Juicy, perfectly fried, cajun-spiced chicken + A good variety of dipping sauces So-sos = Parking can be problematic as the drive-thru line backs up Cons - Dipping sauces are limited; ration accordingly

The worst popeyes ever in every aspect...they never get your order right...When ordered food at the drive thru they just push the box at you without any napkins, fork or even a plastic bag to put your food in and to top it all off i couldnt hear anything the girl at the drive thru was saying and she keep replying with some slick gestures and attitude and when i finally drove to the window and explain to manager what my problem was..all she could said was have a good day and close the window unprofessionally. Went back today a month later and Im really happy with the service this time...new faces and better service...thankyou Im grateful and i will always stop to get my popeyes fry chicken. Keep up the good work!

Service was NOT great I ordered a family 16 piece strips half spicy half regular and got all spicy bone in chicken. Like an idiot I didnt check before I left so thats on me. Dont just order the mashed potatoes and gravy, get a side of gravy cuz they just put a splash of gravy on top of the whole thing of potatoes. Sweet tea was gone and when i asked if they could replace it they said I would just have to wait... so I did... for 15 minutes... and no one replaced it. I heard at least 3 people ask after me and no one did anything and It wasnt busy. I wouldnt say dont go there cuz it was still good but check your order and dont expect drink replenishment

I think that the combined IQ of the staff here is about equal to that of a tick. It took three attempts for them to bring my order out and still couldnt manage to get it right. I ordered the $5 flavor chicken tenders with fries, a sweet tea, and extra ranch. Whats on my receipt? : chicken tenders with fries with two 44 oz drink up-charges for a total of an extra dollar. What did I actually receive?: Chicken tenders with fries, no drink until they were reminded so they came to my vehicle for a fourth time with a 20 oz. drink, and just one ranch. I guess chicken really is just that complicated.

Popeyes fried chicken is dramatically superior to that of their competition. But thats not why I came here to give a five star review. My reason is that on my last visit to this particular Popeyes I received some surprisingly excellent customer service. I felt welcome and appreciated, and I was left with the impression that they are making a conscious effort to provide a superior customer experience. Kudos to the staff and management of this Popeyes. I love the friendly atmosphere they have created in their restaurant, and I look forward to my next visit.

Something needs to be done about the people that work here! I like the food (when they have it) but they are almost always out of one or more items that we are ordering. And they are always flat out mean!! Not kind of short with you, not a bit rude, but complete a-holes! Why is this allowed? How are you always out of everything? You cant figure out how much product you go through and keep it stocked? And is it a requirement to be miserable and have no customer service skills to work here? Get it together!

Been here multiple times and as we continue to go the service gets worse. The service is starting to be slower and more rude. Sadly, I wont be coming back. The two most recent times the food wasnt hot, the order was wrong, utensils and napkins and condiments requested were missing. As well as part of my order. The times went we were the only car in the drive thru. Sadly i know popeyes chicken is better than kfc when done right. Its only been open a couple months hope it gets straightened out.

Food was amazing. The customer service was the worst Ive ever experienced in my entire life. And I was so NICE! I sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes, and I heard the lady in front of me get yelled at for asking a simple question. I put my order in, and the girl taking my order had the worst attitude. Another girl was at the pick up window, and had an attitude that rivaled that of the first one. Id love to come back for the food, but they need those two gone. Lost my money for sure.
