We walked in to the KFC and up to the front counter. We ended up standing at the counter for five minutes without being greeted. All of the employees seemed to be busy in the back fulfilling orders for the drive-thru. One employee even walked up to the front counter to check on a screen and completely ignored us. Before giving up and just walking out, I asked if we could get some help and the guy who had ignored us said in an impatient voice that they would help us as soon as they were finished. A different employee came up to help us and was very nice. Once we finally placed our order the food was ready for us very quickly. Overall, I am not sure I will ever be coming back to this location. Being busy is no excuse for completely ignoring customers. A quick "hello, we will be with you in a minute" would have made for a much better customer experience.

I see a lot of bad reviews. My experience going here wasnt terrible though so I am thankful for that. The lady was kind enough to swap loose corn for the coleslaw the meal came with. I had to wait for them to bring it out to me because they didnt have any ready but that is okay. My only complaints is they gave no honey or butter for the buiscut and I was waiting a bit longer than I probably should have had to for corn but the lady who delivered it to my car was super apologetic saying they had a malfunction in the kitchen and had to make it a 2nd time to get it right.

Today was my first time going here and I wont EVER go back here again! I dont even have the time or energy to type everything that was wrong but I do know that I paid too much damn money for bad Service and horrible food! Damn shame! Ive had kfc plenty of times but this place ruined it for me! Wont ever spend my money here again! Also when handling food gloves should be worn and you shouldnt be touching on everything forget beating your little timer would be nice if you actually cared about being sanitary!

Service was horrible the entire time we were at the establishment. From the line waiting to order to the long 30 minute wait to get 5 meals out the door. There was no urgency to step it up and get the customers their food including my own. Partial order sitting on the counter getting cold while waiting for food to be cooked to complete the order. Im sure there are health code violations going on. Last time I will be spending my hard earned money at this location.

Dont know why people always complain about the service of a REAL fast food restaurant.... When we are in KFC only paying less than 10 bucks for a meal and no tips, we get what we pay for... To me, as long as their chicken is good, thats enough. That least the whole restaurant is cleaner and more comfortable than most food courts in the malls...

The last ten times Ive gone theyve messed my order up, forgotten things, given me the wrong things, every possible way they could f#$% up they do. Of course none of them give a flying F%$& either. Dont even waste your time trying to get food here, because it takes forever - and then it will be wrong!

Food tastes ok, They rarely get my order right, takes a while to be served due to lack of attentive employees. I am fed up with the lack of service here and I dont intend to return. I have given it far too many chances. Also front doors are hard to open and are always slamming shut behind you!

The service was the slowest I have ever had from a KFC. The front lady was was nice, but the back of the store was pure choas. I dont think Ill be visting this store again, at least not for 6 months.. The chicken was still MMMMMMM MMM good.....

I walked in and there was Spanish music playing a nicely ask the employee twice to change it and they said ok 30 seconds later I saw the person come back to the counter and the music was still not changed

Horrible per usual. Waited 25 minutes for food to get my order messed up watch people behind me get theres first. Soda and water tasted like mold, restaurant is filthy dirty. Never again will i go here
