They charge all that money and dont have Heat in the place. It was freezing cold. They had an advertisement at the DMV for nuggets and fries for $9.99,however when we went (which was the same day we saw the ad) they charged 10.49 for a small. It does come with 2 slices of bread from the butterflies of the bread bag,not even soft. Wht has the world come to? Now the food is good still not worth what theyre charging. My husband got the fish fillet which came with three pieces of healthy sized fish fillets and some fries with two pieces of bread. His bread was better. My daughter got the kids meal chicken nuggets and fries. The chicken nuggets werent nothing special they were just like Foster Farms or something but she tore it up so it must have been good for her.

Id never been here before I stumbled on it when I had a craving for fried chicken. The chicken was good, but nothing special. From the menu, the fish is the star. And thats what everyone else ordered while I waited for my order to be cooked. My rating is based solely on the chicken. I may go back and try a fish sampler - which will likely cause me to change my rating upward!

Now let me tell you one thing if youre into fried fish or fried chicken or grilled fish or grilled chicken or garlic crab then you definitely want to try out JJs fish & chicken in Vallejo definitely the number one spot in the area for great food fantastic environment and great personalities

Ive never had anything less than a positive experience; this is my favorite of all locations. I live in San Leandro and happily drive for my orders (although always at non traffic times, I hate Hwy 80). Ive always had polite and respectfull service, and the food is always awesome

Alice Waters cookbook was the first one I ever had, after "The Joy of Cooking," so the idea of actually dining at Chez Panisse was something of a Mecca moment for us. I dont know what it used to be, but for first timers, its still an amazing dining experience.
