First I walk in, I have to use the bathroom. But I get told by a fellow customer to no go in there because he got locked in because the door is messed uo. He had to bang on the door to get some one to let him out. After not being able to use the restroom, I waited around 15 minutes before someone took my order. Customer service was terrible, no smile, no hustle. I felt bad because they only had 3 total employees working on a Saturday dinner. Only 3 other customers were inside. I ordered a famous bowl and 2 chicken Littles. That came to about ten bucks. While I waited, I looked around and the trashes were over flowing, all the tables were dirty. The worst part was how filthy and built up whole place was. Dust caked on everything, dirt and grease built up on the lobby floors,walls and baseboards. The rug in front of the counter was torn up. They had a video camera with its cover hanging off and think dust and build up filled it.windows were smudged and covered in dirt and food particles. Then I just waited another 20 minutes before I got my food and I got the heck out of there. Absolutely shocked that an owner or the corporation would allow a store to get that neglected. They need to shut this place down, deep clean everything, set up a hiring day, do a week of training, with the store closed and than reopen with systems in place and a corporate team there to oversee the transition. Or just close it for good if you cant do it right. It a shame. And shame on a owner for allowing that kind of operation. A true embarrassment.

2nd inline at the counter when the guy in front of me was given his order the KFC dude walked around the back into the kitchen and I did not see him 18 mins, during that time not one person spoke to me nor did they wave a hang on sign NOTHING!! even the girl working the drive in looked over 3 times as continued to help 2 more cars in the drive thru.. she didnt even approach me or say anything . There were will I was standing there another couple and a family of three that after about 15 mins of this decided to leave ( thats 5 customers walked out ) . Finally when he did return I asked if there were any bites so he walks over to the heater and checks comes back and says yes so I order the 10 piece bite meal, well he then tells me that there is not enough for 10 pieces, so I ask how many are there ... 5 !! really why the heck didnt you say that in first place .. So i go for something he cant possibly mess up 3 chicken strips and coleslaw ... grabbed the food and after a total of 32 mins I leave the store .. Well didnt end there the 2-1/2 pieces of chicken were old and the coleslaw was sour and absolutely not edible... I really dont think I have had any worse service than this by far in my life... CLOSE IT DOWN THE PEOPLE YOU HAVE EMPLOYED DONT WANT TO BE THERE !!

Stopped by after church on way home to pick up some dinner. Big mistake. Ordering through the drive thru was the WORST experience weve EVER had through ANY FAST FOOD drive thru. We placed our order and a high pitched somewhat feminine voice takes our order. It was very hard to understand the person at drive thru. We didnt say anything at the time in case the person was disabled, but when we pulled up to pay, the person at the drive thru window was a black guy perhaps in his 20s. We made a complaint and asked who took our order to which he replied the other guy with dreadlocks in the back, which I thought was total BULLSHIT. Ive worked in Fast Food before and I have no idea how they get away with this kind of crap customer service. We always had a manager around to make sure things were running smoothly. We were told to pull forward to park. Half hour later a guy claiming to be a cook runs out with a bag and our drinks. We have no receipt of our order, no butter or honey for the biscuits and no straw for the shake. I do not recommend getting your KFC order from this KFC in Fife. Their customer service sucks.

My husband came to your restaurant not once but twice over the weekend and Yesterday. He ordered the same thing ( 2 pieces chicken Mashed Potatoes No Gravy, and Biscuit and a side Coleslaw...and ordered it for dine in. The same woman waited on him both times. He received the order with Gravy on the potatoes and the coleslaw was warm as it was right next to the hot food. Warm coleslaw is not very tasty. He tried both times to tell the woman that his order was not correct and she just walked away and ignored him..or did not hear him. The order was packaged up to go. He wanted Strawberry jam on his bisquit and never did get it. I believe she needs more training. The only number I can read on the receipt is 4124. I hope the store manager reads this and the problem is resolved.

This KFC has mixed feelings for me. Some days service and product is perfect, other days its all horrible. I visit this KFC 1-3 times a week. Id say I get good service and product about 35% of the time, sadly there is not another KFC close by that I can alternate to so I have to continue to go to this one. 70% of the time they do not have the type of chicken I like to order (#1 original recipe). Lately it seems the service and product are going down hill more often. There are 3 employees there who are great, however the rest really should consider a new career since they cant seem to do their job correctly. matter of fact I just returned from this KFC right now and they were out of honey, but surprisingly they had the chicken lol ugh this place upsets me.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! The manager is absoulty rude.I always hear him yelling at the employees and cursing them out. He constantly says what the ... or shut the... up. I also hear him constantly calling them stupid. This must stop. when i see his blue piece of junk in the parking lot i keep on driving. He treats the employees like they are illegal immigrants working in a sweat lodge. Any one with any trace of a human heart and compassion should also KEEP DRIVING! when you see that blue crap in the parking lot. He is BAD NEWS!

They always mess up theor orders example: ordered x2 $5 famous bowl meals, they dont add the corn on them and dont give you your desert portion. I call the store up, they say oh they are still in the over, oh and the corn well we can give you a side if you come back. Very crappy customer service. Corporate needs to check into the training and management of this store. If you want to kill your customer base by all means do so Ill take my business to Churchs or Popeyes. Customers be wary of this store in Fife.

Upon entering this KFC and having all the kids running around making a mess of the place, I stood in line for 5 minutes waiting for somebody to help me at the counter. I asked the gentleman in front of me how long he has been waiting and he told me 10 minutes, JUST TO ORDER!!! The staff behind the counter give low, moody looks and the places cleanliness should be a review in itself. Either KFC should replace management or another chain should come in to replace.
