A delectable less oily alternative to KFC. The Louisiana spices are special. However, efficiency left something to be desired. I could never go in and out without spending 20-30min inside. I dont get why there are so many chicken ready and on display on the tray in public view, yet they always need to take so long to pick up 2 pcs for my standard combo meal?!

I ordered my food and was waiting for over 30 minutes about 5-6 people came and went with large orders and when I went up to the counter to ask if they had called my number, everyone had a blank look on their faces. So I asked one more time did they call my number and the manager was ride and through my food on the counter I promptly ask for a refund.

We always buy the Tuesday special, and its a good deal. Popeyes chicken is better than KFC in my opinion, less salty between the two. There are better choices in the Peninsula area such as Broasters chicken or even Jollibee Chickenjoy. If you are willing to stand in a long line for cheap, and decent chicken on Tuesdays, Popeyes is the way to go.

Much crispier chicken than KFC. My son enjoys the jambalaya. Much easier to park than at the Colma location. Wish the wait was shorter, but this is a popular place. And the popularity ensures high turnovers of chicken, meaning you never get a piece thats been sitting around.

The staff were extremely nice and efficient. However, they need a larger counter to take orders. The line of 2 different Popeyes I went to in 4 miles had lines out the door!!
