Ive been here for lunch a couple times, and the food is fine for a cheap establishment, but its nothing special or worth going out of the way for. Ha Gow - Mushy skin. Shrimp stuffing had a nice firm and smooth texture, but its under seasoned. It needed more bamboo shoots for sweetness. Siu Mai - Pork stuffing was tender, but there wasnt enough shiitake mushrooms and shrimp to balance out the flavor. Without the earthy mushrooms and sweet shrimp, the siu mai didnt taste as bold. If youre looking for exemplary siu mai, head to Koi Palace. Radish Cakes (Loh Bak Goh) - Not enough dried and cured goodies to make them flavorful. The texture was also on the starchy side with not enough daikon flavor. Steamed Spare Ribs (Pai Gwat) - The meat was tender enough to slide off the bones, and there was enough saltiness from the black beans. Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll (Ha Cheung) - The rice noodle roll was delicate, and the shrimp had a pleasant firm texture. The shrimp couldve been seasoned a little more, but this was one of the better dishes. Steamed Tripe (Ngau Pak Yip) - The tripe was a little on the soft side for my tastes, but I thought it was my favorite out of everything we ordered. The ginger and white pepper gave the tripe a nice warm kick. More green onions would make it better, but I still liked it more than the other stuff. XLB - Mushy skin, not soupy, red vinegar instead of black. Do not want. We ate more things, but I think Ive covered the stuff I remember. Its not terrible for a convenient lunch. The best part was that after tax and tip, its about $11 per person.

Just OK It was a wild and stormy day. Always wanted to use that line. Anyway, it was a very stormy Saturday morning. I mistakenly thought with such horrid weather, there would be less people out and about. Wrong. Place was packed, but we were seated right away. Even before we sat down, ladies with the food trays appeared. Shrimp dumplings (蝦餃), braised chicken feet (鳳爪) and shrimp noodle rolls (蝦腸). Surprisingly meh. The 蝦餃 wrapper was too sticky and already disintegrating. The 鳳爪 was good enough, but I definitely have had better. We also had glutinous rice dumplings (鹹水角), fried turnip cake (蘿蔔糕), Chinese broccoli, stuffed eggplants (釀茄子), Portuguese egg tart (蛋塔). The egg tart was the strangest tasting one weve ever tasted. The crust was very flaky but had a strange taste. Butter? No. Lard? Not really. Dont know what it was, but it tasted different. Not delicious but not awful either. For a restaurant, certainly not a ringing endorsement. The stuffed eggplants were cold and undercooked. We had stuffed sesame balls too. Not fresh. Too firm. Perhaps leftovers? Weve been looking forward to trying this place since it had such good rating. But, given the good fortune of so many other good dim sum places in the vicinity, it is highly unlikely for us to visit again. Giving it a three star instead of two because the service was good...... enough.

Located in an industrial area of South San Francisco, this is an oasis in a desert of fast food drive thrus and small time players. Nothing wrong with being small, but it takes some guts to do a good dim sum teahouse right. Its not perfect, but most families have one or two go-to places where they go to celebrate or just to catch up with the extended clan, this is that place. This is one of those destinations that has been doing it right for over 15 years, only the time Ive been eating here, a long time in the dim sum teahouse business. The packed parking lot and lines out the door proves that every weekend. Try dinner on week nights and you can avoid the crowds and be rewarded with a massive menu of authentic Cantonese specialties and favorites.

This is our favorite local place for dim sum. The variety and quality is pretty good, and the prices are reasonable - it adds up to good value overall. If we feel like a fancier selection, higher quality, and a nicer atmosphere, then we might go to a place like Koi Palace in Daly City instead. But thats also quite a bit more expensive. Most of the time we choose Hung To. They have a more extensive selection of dishes on the weekend than during the week, though there may be a wait for a table as it is quite popular. On weekdays it can sometimes take a while for dishes youre looking for to come around - e.g. we have gone an entire lunch without seeing har gow - but you can always put in a specific order if there is something you really want.

Great price for a good selection of dimsum. The place was pretty busy for a Thursday afternoon, which was quite surprising since this place is a little father than Grand or Linden Streets. The dim sum is fresh from the kitchen on trays instead of carts. They also have a menu with photos and clear pricing so you can point and order a la carte if you havent seen something around yet. Food was overall good, not too greasy like typical dim sum places. The shrimp in our dishes were a little underwhelming, but can;t really complain for the price. No one was pushy for us to finish fast or order more food, which is great! Parking is free at their parking lot too, so you dont have to scramble to find change for meters.

Im realizing reviews are totally opinions. I think this place is just ok. Ive eaten a lot of Dim Sum in my time and this place is "simply" convenient. Theres hardly any competition in the general area. However, they do serve great Hong Kong style noodles. I give it a 3 star, because we would come back again for some convenient Dim Sum. The service is like any other general Asian restaurant which is barely friendly at best. However, the prices are pretty good. I would actually say bang for your buck!

All the seafood dim some are so good but not the shrimp tofu. Theres nothing special about the tofu so dont order it. Others things are good lol. If you live close by then you need to try it. I went on Sat. morning around 12 and there were heller people were waiting.

Great local dim sum place with great chefs that have stayed quite consistent over the years. Also prices are pretty middle to low for the quality. Lines are long due to all this so dim sum on Saturday lunch time can have a long wait.

這裡早茶相當不錯,點心品種極多,晚飯亦是不錯,菜式多,手藝不俗,停車亦容易。

Best dim sum outside of San Francisco, dare I say within the whole bay area. Food is cheap and delicious, but wait times are high most times. Its located in the middle of nowhere but its well worth a visit!

Very good Chinese dim sum place. Ive only had lunch here. I lunch here at least twice a month...consistent with the quality of dim sum. Always comes hot and fresh, they make small batches at a time.

Literally the best dim sum Ive ever had. Come from the LA area and have had many different variations. This had the best taste and an incredible price two people are completely stuffed for $22.50

One of the best Cantonese restaurants to have dim sum. Their Pork Siu Mai is amazing, Chow fan is pretty normal though. The place is noisy and crowded, just like a real Cantonese restaurant.
