These new kids they hired suck, bring back the other server who was nice and had a great personality. Went there yesterday and this kid didnt show his presence just stood there and my gf noticed him and as I turn he said "what do you want?" Like he was annoyed and didnt want to be there. When he brought our food he didnt say anything, no refill on drinks. When we went up to pay they told me the tip isnt included and demanded a tip we replied "what do you mean tip isnt included?" And they brushed it off and said have a nice day, Im sure they knew they werent suppose to demand something that I can get better service at a fast food restaurant lol! Fire these new kids and bring back the other dude Im use too or you lost another customer.

The food was ok, But the customer service was terrible, when we arrived the waiter directed us to our table, very cutting that he seemed like he was in a hurry to serve us, wanted to take the order quickly, when they brought the food they did not return to ask if everything was ok , Not even to fill our waters, I asked for another order of rice a few mins after, his attitude was as if I were asking for it for free, he brought the receipt without asking if we needed something more ... this used to be one of my favorite places and it was because of the customer service, but this last time I left with a very bad taste of mouth and not wanting to ever come back...

We were there yesterday. Our waiter spilled water at the table. Then he spilled the soup when he was going to pour it in the cup. And he didnt says sorry about the part where he spilled it on the table? For hum it looked okay but it wasnt. And his manners were horrible. All the glass cups they werent shinny they had visible stains on them. And the plates looked really old and some of them chipped . But the food is ok and I give 2 stars because of the food. I was disappointed in general. And I do not recommend to go to that restaurant. This is not level of restaurant some chinese buffet have much better service .

I frequently purchase food for take-away. The Sweet-and-Sour pork/chicken is standard American Chinese fare. They use a bready coating (rather than a crisper coating). The Crispy Duck is quite good. The Pork Fried Rice is excellent, though Im somewhat at a loss to explain why I find it so. I have tried a few other menu items, including Mandarin Chicken, General Tsos Chicken, and Walnut Shrimp. The first was bland, with limp vegetables. The second is passable, but not deeply flavored. The third is somewhat cloying in its sweetness, but I do enjoy it.

I used to go here often especially for their delicious shrimp fried rice. However, maybe the owner or chef has changed? The last several times Ive been the food was not good like it used to be. Once I ordered take out and the fried rice was half overcooked on top and the bottom of the box had rice that was not mixed properly with the ingredients. We called to complain and they replaced it for free, but the replacement was not any better. I dont know if these were off nights or what. I will try back in a few weeks and see if theres any improvement.

Very rude customer service and rude about me talking to a manager they didnt want to fix my order and they talk really nasty to me. After I paid for my meal the waiter male told me to put a tip on the receipt, I usually do cash. By all means you never tell a customer or demand a tip. Especially when you didnt even do the order right. I will not be spending my money here nor my family will. By the way your prices are high with small amount of food. No wonder why u barley have business here.

Went to Grand Peking today. Our waiter must have been recently from China because his manner was abrupt and rude by American standards. He almost threw the food and drinks in front of us and then turned and walked away before we could say anything like, "May have some soy sauce?" or whatever. I had the Mongolian Beef. It was okay but the beef was under cooked so that it was tough and gristly - not pleasant. I will think twice before I go there again.

Wife and I both liked this place. The sweet and sour chicken was very good. It was more than just fried chicken and a red sauce like some places. They were very friendly even though we had a two year old running around the place. Service was great, too. They were relatively busy even though it was after the lunch rush. There were other customers that were there that you could tell were regulars. Will be going back here often.

Well my family came to eat. Was one of our favorite places to eat the best Chinese food around we would travel from Tacoma to Federal Way for it one day we went there and I thought my husband thought I left the tip on the table and I thought he left a tip on record we use their credit debit card walked out the man came running out demanding us for a tip. Scared my kids I havent been back since . You just dont do that.

WORST Chinese EVER!!! Chow mein was like burnt plastic, chicken meat was spongy and unreconizable. Beef was mushy and wonton wrap was like soggy toliet paper. Fried rice was gooey and looked like maggots. Only thing eatible here were the fortune cookies because they didnt make them!!! Put your sneakers on and run from this place.

Food was great, but service was horrible! Waiter wouldnt even pay attention to us ! Got ignored pretty much the whole time.Then they had the audacity to actually demand a tip! That place is good for carry out only. And im always a generous tipper.....so thats alot coming from me.

First of all I wasnt greeted, the man just said at a distant go sit there, I said which table. another customer came they were ignore for awhile. The chicken almond was good the fried rice didnt seem like fried rice to me. I guess thats all I can say, a little disappointed.

Use to bee good place to sit down to eat until they got the older rude male server has no manners, service sucks. The inside needs a remodel became discussing to sit in there. Food is good so we take it to go once in while now used to be a regular every weekend, not anymore

Not impressed at all. The food was sub standard, everything had this odd taste to it. The wait staff was nice enough but one guy kept hoovering next to 2 tables with guest at them watching the football game on the TV and seemed to be intrusive of the guest while they ate.

This use to be best in Federal Way. Has gone down hill. Had a beef dish and found the beef to be very rubbery. The almond chicken is good but sauce is tasteless. The prices are very high for quality of food. I would not recommend this restaurant at this time.
