Kyle was working the cash register that day when I walked into Jamb Juice for my very first time. He seemed to be very optimistic and outgoing the moment that I walked in the door, when I told him that I had never been to Jamba Juice before his eyes lit up and he come out from behind the register to explain to me the different juices, what Jamba Juice offers, what was most popular and what he recommended. You could sincerely see that he enjoyed what he does for a living; Customer service that day with Kyle was above and beyond. I will for sure be returning to this Jamba Juice location in the near future and thanks to Kyle’s optimistic attitude during my brief stop to grab a healthy drink put me in a great mood for the rest of the day. Thank you so much for your time!

On Jan 1st 2016 I went there with family and there was a guy and a girl working there. The girl was chewing gum and was very rude. I asked for orange carrot juice and she made me a orange carrot smothie. I told her that thats not what I asked and she got mad and she dumped it in the garbage and went to the guy and said something and went it the back. The guy helped us out and he was nice. Few days later I went back and ordered Wheat grass juice and saw her putting water in it. I told the manager but nother happened. So I go to lynnwood now for atleast till she works there....

I was disappointed with this Jamba Juice location. I ordered a 16oz drink, and when it came to me, it was noticibly not filled to the top. When I pointed it out to the person making the drinks, they said that they followed the recipe, and this is what came out, that sometimes the ice melts a bit, which affects the final product. I asked about this at the next Jamba Juice I went to, and they said the cup should always be full.

They were literally or of everything except kale and peaches. Every customer was turned away cuz they were out of almost all ingredients to make their own product. Management really needs to be more on top of things like this! I would suggest to call ahead and see what drinks they actually have to offer that day. Worst business practice. Ridiculous!

Ive been to this place a few times. I always order the same thing - Peanut Butter Mood. Multiple times theyve been out of peanut butter and once they just didnt put it in, so i paid $6 for a drink I ended up throwing out. When they have the ingredients and when they remember to add them all to my drink, this place is great!

Friendly people and generally fast service. I would give a higher rating, but most of the smoothies are milkshakes in disguise. If the company offered more healthy options I would easily give five stars.

My favorite juice stop. I only took a star away because it takes a while to make the drinks and they run out of ingredients a lot in the evening. Great quality though and friendly staff.

They only accept $20 bills or smaller, really bad for business. I dont see why they cant take a bill larger than $20, money is money and you would think they want more business

They put sherbert in smoothies which dont sound healthy. But they will replace with ice. Definitely read the ingredients before purchasing.
