For starters, were Asian food snobs. That being said. The price per bowl thing is petty. The price point is way too high for one small bowl. In other establishments of this style, you get all you can eat for about the same money. It was 64 degrees in the restaurant, and space heaters werent cutting it. Cold restaurant equals food getting cold very quickly. 72 is room temperature, FYI. Not cooking the food in the sauce makes no sense. Not choosing your own meat is a further portion / cost control measure that is ridiculous and screams cheap owner. If youre not in burNers to make money, its a hobby. I get it. But 0.75 for a refill of a tiny plastic cup of soda? Cold fried rice? The list goes on. Friendly service is overshadowed by the very obvious attempts to maximize profit margins via overly tight cost controls and a cold seating area. Wont be back. Ever.

Good food that comes in a big portion. The reviews here are commenting on how much the food costs but I think it is important to point out (as others have at other review sites) that you are getting a double portion of food for the extra cost. This is perfect if you are going to do a lot of exercising at need to fuel up before hand. I eat here every time I play water polo and sometimes after going to the gym. I need a lot of carbohydrates for water polo and they give both a large serving of rice and noodles. The quantity is perfect for that. I like the hot and sour sauce as well as the spicy sauce. The marinated broccoli and carrots are good as is the ginger. This place has more ingredients to pick from then the Lynnwood store. Apparently not all Mongolian Grills are made equal.

Definitely not one of the best Mongolian Grills Ive been to. Their veggie options are limited, the meat is dished out by them (some places let you put the amount you want), the sauces are also dished out by them so if you want more or less the lady rolls her eyes at you and acts like you are a pain and they do try to work you over for tips. I was standing at checkout and watched the back kitchen catch on fire (something they had cooking on a stovetop), they kept looking around at the smoke as I kept pointing at the fire. LoL They finally listened to me and got the fire put out but they still gave me attitude. Wont be back!

I am going to preface this review: I am a little prejudiced as the Mongolian Grill in Silverdale (not a chain) is SO much better. That said, this was not a bad place to eat. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly empty so bonus there. It was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful and the food was OK although I thought the variety was lacking and the price was a little steep for we got. I will say that its a much better, healthy choice than other fast-food joints but it costs a bit more too.

[Will Not Go Again] I love Mongolian Grill and have been to several. This one - Just did not cut it.. First time going and last. (1) Price = $14.78 - Most expensive in the nation. (2) Limited amount of meat added. (3) If your not Asian they dont care to greet. (4) Had to ask for more sweet & sour sauce - they only offered at-least two tablespoons - I like lots of sauce. (5) Order was to go and they dont offer napkins or utensil- I dont know how they eat, but I use forks and require napkins.

Its not an all you can eat , they charge by the bowl. The thing I really hated compared to every other "Mongolian grill" type place I have go to is the sauces. Their have these thickened and sugary sauces that are poor on the food after it is cooked. Bad sauce and bad execution. Normally, the sauces are put on the food before cooking and the flavor is infused into the food. It really is a food train wreck the way they do it. Service was ok. Atmosphere was decent. I just wont be going back.

Ive been here a few times with friends and the food is decent. If you have any food allergies be EXTREMELY careful. The cooks flip the food around to make sure it cooks well but your food might get (slightly) mixed up with the food of the person before or after you. They use a LOT of oil during the cooking so dont be surprised by the texture when you try to eat it. Its not bad food though, Ill probably go back again.

With Changs out of business, we turned to Mongolian Grill. Be warned that unless youre eating a very small amount, youre likely to end up with a "heaping" bowl (costs $1 extra), as the bowls are quite small. I feel that they are also lacking a bit in the variety of sauces available, however the rest of the items were fresh and delicious.

My family and I love this place!! We get to customize our own meals; its always clean; and the food is promptly prepared!! Fair pricing for the amount of food you can pile up in your bowl, which is then cooked answer served on a plate. Highly recommend giving them a try!! This place is our favorite!!!

Excellent food and quick service. Portions are huge and there is plenty variety of vegetables and toppings. The first time I was there I didnt fill my bowl up and the server kept telling me to "fill the bowl up". I ended up with way too much to eat! Now I know not to heap it up too much.

Staff was very unhelpful and the food was not good and the veggies and the meat were very small and the sauces were almost non existent only a few to choose from, they also charge for extra meet they also control the sauce quantities you get... over all a bad experience I wouldnt recommend.

Like Mongolian Grill have been to several. Wont be back to this one. Charged almost double what I usually pay at ones I normally go. Sat down was a layer of dust on the table, so I found a cleaner table. Went to use the pepper and it was stuck to the table.... Wont come to this one again!

Terrible experience with this place! Ive been to a different mongolian grill in Burien and its nothing like this place. The food was not fully cooked and tasted just terrible! The cashier was not friendly and did not want to do a refund. First and last time coming here!

I dont know if the owners meant to get the walls smeared with paint. They give you a small portion of meat (you dont get it yourself) and they give you a very limited choice of veggies. Food tastes good but the limited options shouldnt cost 11.50 a bowl

The food was good but the inside is kinda wierd. Ive never been to a Mongolian grill where you dont get to put the meat in the bowl yourself. And their sauces leave a little too be desired. Overall its good for takeout but not so much eating there.

Mongolian Grill in Mukilteo is the best place for Mongolian since Changs Mongolian closed. Prices are fair. Make sure you watch out how much you put in your bowl its an extra charge. Give it a try yourself you might find it to be pretty good.
