The food was great once I got what I ordered.. The poor delivery driver had to come to my room three times, the first to deliver my meal (which had a sandwich instead of the pasta I ordered) the second when he came back to give me pasta.. After starting to eat the salad that I had ordered I hear another knock on the door (the third visit) where he tells me he gave me the wrong salad as well.. I then show him that I put the dressing on it already and he gets frustrated with me and shoves the small salad he had in his hands at me and tells me to keep it.. I go inside, open the small salad and find it isnt even a small Cesar salad I had ordered.. On top of it all it took almost over an hour to get my food.. I may try eating in restaurant next time to see if my experience is better.

I placed my order on line for delivery at 6:09 PM, on a Wednesday. I ordered a pizza as well as a salad. Even though the web site said delivery would take approximately 45 minutes, I decided to give them an hour to get here. An hour and 15 minutes later, I still had not received my order. I called to inquire about my order. The woman who answered the phone didnt seem surprised to receive the complaint. I was told the driver would be here in 5-10 minutes. The driver did arrive about 10 minutes after I called, but had forgotten my salad. The pizza was lukewarm, very greasy (I had grease dripping off my hand when I was eating it), and the crust seemed under cooked. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

My wife and I eat Verona delivery about once a week, and we are thoroughly and entirely satisfied. Ive tried less than half of their menu, but Ive never been disappointed. The delivery sometimes may take an hour, but they deliver to my house which requires a short trip on the freeway! Additionally, Ive ordered out more times than I have fingers and toes, and the only issue Ive encountered was a forgotten marinara tub with my pesto bread. Inconsequential at best, as the bread is delicious anyway. If you like Italian, youll love Verona.

I dont think many of the negative reviews are waranted. They list occasional human error as a reason to avoid the restaurant and ignore the big picture. The pizza is thick and loaded with toppings. The salads are a must. Weve never been dissapointed with anything on the menu. The staff are in good spirits, atmosphere is inviting, theyre very friendly and food is brought out promptly. Im sure they occasionaly mishear customers, or make similar mistakes, but what restaurant doesnt? Ive had worse happen at the finest restaurants down town.

the food is good, however first time I got it delivery took over an hour and was not hot at all. and right now Im waiting on a order that I placed at 7:50 (its now 10:10) apparently my order got lost when I called after an hour of waiting. phone volume was so low I could hardly understand what the guy was saying. gave him my order #. it was found and confirmed thats what I ordered (and already paid for). I should not have to pay after this amount of time. not worth the 33.07

Called 50 minutes after online order to check on order - told it would be a few minutes. Called back 20 minutes later - told that it would be another 15-20 minutes because they forgot to enter the order. If you are going to offer online ordering, at least call and confirm or send an email. Two hours is unacceptable for delivery, particularly when they have your CC#. It better be the best crap in the world for as long as this takes.

We ordered a calzon, caprese salad, soup, chicken stuffed manicotti, and pesto bread. Total order including the tip was 50 bucks. Price wasnt bad but the food was horrible. Very thing was cold. The manicotti was cold yet burnt and the bread was soggy and stuck to the foil wrapping. Never again will I order from here. My hopes were so high due to the ratings and I was let down. I hope the stray cats get some enjoyment from this meal.

This is our go to Italian Restaurant for Burien. We love this place. The servers are very nice, food is great, prices are reasonable. Weve only had one bad experience here and it was when the place was slammed and almost every seat in the place was taken. The quality of food coming out of the kitchen wasnt up to their normal standards. But we still love it.

I was unimpressed with my food. Salad was wilted and the veggies on it were definitely past their prime. I ordered a side soup and it was awful. Watered down, and it only filled half of the cup. When I went to pick it up, the owner was drinking beer with the cooking staff and ignored me when I had a question about the bill. Would not recommend.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 9:35 pm on 2/22/13 and we did not receive them, stay away , we tried to reason with the people who answered the phone, a minor Im sure and not helpful after we waited 1 hour for our pizza, which never came. There is no excuse for this kind of blatant disregard for paying customers. Never been so insulted in my life.

5 stars for customer service. Found our pizza and appetizers to be very good. One slice into our meal, the pizza became unbalanced in the rack and slid off the table, taking out our drinks with it. The waitress was very sweet about and immediately moved us to a different booth and had another pizza made for us.

We spent the night at the Holiday Inn Express near Seatac and we tried the pizza based on the recommendation if the receptionist. We had it delivered to the hotel and it arrived in about 35 minutes. We thought the pizza was excellent. It tasted like a real Italian treat.

I always get diliverys from this place.. their chicken fettucine is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!! Its sooooo goood, they have like a secret recipie or something because my fettucine is good but NOTthat good! Well anyways i reccomend it to anyone who enjoys eating GOOD FOOD =)

Order online and wait time was more the estimated, im half a mile from the restaurant and driver got lost blaming me for going to the wrong address when it was clearly the right address that is on the receipt. Food was cold not worth what i just paid.... :/

They called to apologize 5 minutes after my pizza was to be delivered to tell me it would be 5 minutes more and to ask if I had a preference as to which free desserts Id want. Turned a frustrated customer into a return customer! Food was great! :-)

To be honest the pizza is actually very good, but they often screw up your order and if you call them to discuss that with you they pushback and end up hanging up on you. Like I said the food is good but you better hope you get what you order

A quaint little place on 1st. They havent been open for very long, but were already regular customers. Their pizza is FRESH and extremely tasty! And their Linguine Special is the best! Great food, good service and they deliver!
