I have not been to red lobster in years, and I was a bit hesitant to come, even though my last visits were very positive, I have never had a negative experience at a red lobster, but I am always hesitant when I am going to be spending a decent chunk of change on dinner A side note first: I noticed that a lot of the issues people are complaining about could have been resolved with talking to the manager. I have worked in customer service for years, if you dont bring it up to the manager, it will never ever change, and all you did was complain online instead of helping the issue by telling the person who could fix it and rectify it in the future (every restaurant runs out of food some times). As for my own visit, I honestly have not had better service other than at a 5 star restaurant in Ajijic Mexico called Tangos, and our server was just as attentive, but not overly present just the same as the servers were in Tangost. Our server Lisa was amazing, I cannot say enough good things about her, she made sure our water stayed filled without asking, and without even making her presence overly known, I never noticed she was filling it. She checked back in, but not too often to see if we liked our food. We never felt rushed, and she was very friendly and made appropriate jokes as well as being very knowledgeable about the food. I cannot vouch for the rest of the staff other than the Manager Rod whom was also very friendly and nice when we talked to him to tell him about Lisas amazing service, but Lisa and Rod were truly awesome, and Red Lobster is smart if they keep them around and use them to train the rest of the staff. :) Our food was great, we had the Langostino Artichoke Dip and it was very tasty and hot. My food was very tasty I had the "Lobster Lovers Dream" and my husband has "Dueling Lobsters", I tasted his food as well and his was just as good as mine. Everything was very fresh and well made, I have no complaints at all. This is by far one of the best experiences I have had at any restaurant, and I hope if I come back I get Lisa again cause she was truly the best waitress I have ever had the luck to be waited upon by. Just finished dinner and WAS NOT impressed. We drove from Bend and decided to eat at someplace we do not have. My daughter was served cold broccoli and my pasta was barely Luke warm, tough, and sauce of Alfredo was clumpy due to the temperature of the pasta. Our server took our order, delivered our food and never seen again UNTIL it was time to pay. Then he was promptly at the table and ready to bring our bill. Needless to say it was another helper who brought us drinks and a booster seat, took our plates and brought us boxes . It was not overly busy we arrived at 7;35 and due to it being extremely slow were leaving at 9:30. On our way out I happened to mention to the hostess our experience and just as I did the manager walked in behind me and heard what I had said, and much to my suprise he corrected the issue refunded our bill ( which was not my intention ) but, considering the amount I was very appreciative. I might be back if we are in the area again but, a HUGE thank you to the manager and caring enough to correct another persons actions . I am not giving a 5 star rating because of the service or food but, the manager deserves it for going above and beyond

エビの食べ放題を試す。サラダとサイドメニューを選べば5種類のエビ料理から一度に2種類を何度も選択できる。美味しい。給仕もしっかりしている。が、頼んでから料理が来るまでに時間がかかるのであんまり食べた気がしない。当然のことながら、エビのランクも通常のものと比較して落とされている。こういう店でこういう料理を出すのも注文するのも間違いなのかもしれない。

Moderate service - food quality inconsistant. Weve even had a server argue with us over an over cooked steak. I know you dont go to Red Lobster for steak but the husband doesnt like fish/crab so he goes to endulge us. If you order a medium steak it should be pink, not grey and if it is overcooked then fix it. The biscuits are a yum factor but not enough to warrant $20.00 per person for a disappointing experience. Its a shame since other Red Lobster restaurants have done a better job, the Salem OR. location could probably benefit from some PR training and QC in the kitchen.

Best management and staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their servers are all attentive and well trained. If you have a problem with prices you should consider eating somewhere cheaper, that would seem like common sense. I have had the chance to experience this restaurant multiple times and I highly recommend it to others who are going out to eat for a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience, not for those going out to score a free meal.

My wife and I ate there today for lunch,it was great!! I see so many negative reviews about the Red Lobster in Salem,but cant see their reasoning for a bad review! The host was great as our server Jason...The business was clean and lighting about normal...Prices fair and comparable to others.. You can eat rich or stick to a budget....Your choice,menu for everything.. The food was great too....Must be stubbed nosed people that write these bad reviews!!!

I love seafood...especially when someone else cooks! On this occasion, though, not so much. My Caesar salad had a hair in it. I ordered the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake, and I was disappointed that two of the mussels did not open. I ate the dish - delicious - but in the back of my mind Im wondering if Ill be ill later. Service was good, but Im put off by the food. Not a good thing for a restaurant.

The service is terrible and the policy with to go boxes and the endless shrimp is BULLSHIT the waiters bring out the next round before you are done with the previous and then tell you it against policy to take all said shrimp home because of moderation never eating here again

Simply wonderful! Had the all you can eat shrimp and it was awesome. However, our server Abbi was amazing! She was so helpful and friendly we could not have been treated better! Thank you Abbi! You are the best server we have ever had! =)

So gross, and horrible service. What a waste of a good chunk of change. If you like improperly cleaned crab and a waiter of whom is rude to your friends and gets your order wrong, and give you the wrong prices you should go here.

Dependably delicious! There can be a long wait at times but staff is friendly and attentive. Portions are smaller than some restaurants but quality is always spot on so I never feel like Im missing out to not have leftovers.

Had my sons 9th birthday party here and he was treated so nicely by all the staff. He got extra everything he ordered. Food was good. Surf and Turf was affordable and yummy. The Bacon wrapped shrimp is really good.

Been here 2 times this month and its consistently amazing! Love the garlic butter muscles and the crab. Amazing service and love the bar. 10/10 would recommend and come again. Amazing amazing amazing!
