Awful!! DO NOT COME HERE. Food was ok, but the service was WORSE. I ate here with a couple friends for lunch. Everything was going well until I had to pay. Gave the elder Chinese woman (who I think was the owner) my debit card and she asked if I borrowed it from someone. I said it was my card and she asked if I was sure...Hello?? It has my name on it! Do you want my ID, too?? As my friend finished his plate of rice, he took out a long, straight, BLONDE hair from his mouthful of food. Keep in mind my friends and I are all people of color and none of us have blonde nor straight hair. My friend was upset and went up to speak to the lady about possibly getting a free plate of rice (He was still hungry and that hair was gross). The woman argued with us saying it wasnt her fault and that It could possibly have come from us. The only person in the restaurant who had long straight hair (two big factors in this equation), was the cook!! Even then she still tried to argue with us and refused to give us another plate of rice!! We didnt even want a refund, simply another plate of rice!! DO NOT COME HERE!!

This place is not fancy. The older lady that served us lacked a little courtesy. Could have just been sight language barrier. Food was fantastic. Best Chinese food I have had in the last 2 years since we moved here. Dont order a bloody mary though they are tiny and mostly ice. My boyfriend drank it in 3 sips. The lady said he needed to drink water first to not get drunk... like really? It was the smallest glass I have ever seen a bloody mary in. The wonton soup is heavenly. We had a huge meal. All under 50 $.

I am definitely keen on customer service and find that it is key to my experience. This is a place I will not have an appetite for any time soon unless they changed owners due to the very poor sense of customer-social awareness. Ive thought perhaps it is because the woman who works there seems to do much of it on her own, and she must be overwhelmed. Couldnt say for sure why it is- but it can put a damper on my mood.

This place is not fancy but, it is The Best in all aspects of customer service and in quality delicious food. Best prices in town! I was there last week and they had their inspection by the fire dept. I overheard them telling the owners that was one of the cleanest restaurants he had ever seen. You cant go wrong here!

I have been looking for Decent chinese cuisine in the South King County area. Federal Way has plenty of quality Thai food, but this is the best Chinese food Ive tasted in the area. Im shocked that the couple of times Ive been there for lunch the restaurant has been virtually empty. Great value, great service!

Dragon Gate is by far the BEST Chinese Restaurant I have been to! I am a local in the neighborhood and visit quite often! The owner is a kick, and she is always thankful to see us... The best is the sesame beef, try it you will be back! =)

I came for lunch. The food was beautiful. And taste good. It was just me and I liked it. Its was a very quite lunch spot. I felt like I slowed down for a minute, which is what I needed during my crazy work day.
