After two visits the owner will remember your order and if you switch it up like I do shell get a sense of what you like and make sure you are ordering something that you like. I think its important to note that these people are here to serve you great food, not smile and wait on you hand and foot. Ive come to appreciate the unique service (no doting) that includes an occasional visit from the owners children to clear plates. They show their care through good food, not through superficial smiles. Sometimes on a busy evening they have trouble keeping up on clearing the table, and I like that, makes it feel like home. Probably not a spot for your first date, but if you like good food at a good price, id say its the best in the neighborhood.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant. Maybe my favorite restaurant, period. I spent months searching for spicy food in Seattle. This is the spiciest food Ive found in the region - so much so that unlike any other restaurant in the area, I cant always eat their spiciest food. So every once in a while I go there and order something very mild. And when I do, its still an amazing experience. I love pad se iw, and they have the best, most flavorful pad se iw Ive had - and Ive made it at home and had it at probably 20 different restaurants. However, I do not go here with everyone. Their 1-star cashew chicken is probably too spicy for some people that I know.

Fast, friendly, great to pick up for take out. When i first ordered i said i wanted a 3 for spicy, but i was quickly informed by the woman who took my order that a 3 would be VERY spicy, so i asked for a 2. When i ate the food, not only was it delicious, and obviously made with care, it was the spiciest thai i have had. Besides the spice its also really good, i had the pad thai, sweet and sour and the fresh spring rolls and they were all delicious. The only negative would be if your looking for a fancy dinning experience this is not it, great service, the restaurant is casual. More of a take out place in my opinion.

Best Thai food in Seattle. I know, everyone has their favorite, but if you dont agree with me then you probably havent been here yet. Their Pad Kee Mao is unreal, Pad Thai is good too but I always find myself wishing I got the Kee Mao. Think you have a strong spice tolerance? Think again - this place is HOT. I can do 6-alarms at Wingdome and the 3-star sauce here is intense, made my nose bleed once. Run by what appears to be a small Thai family and the mom who runs the show is absolutely the coolest lady ever. Top 5 favorite casual eating place in Seattle for us, hands down.

Huge Fan! Ive lived in the neighborhood for 7 years and have rarely been disappointed. First thing, they are serious about spice! I would normally order a 4 of 5 star at other restaurants but here I get a 2. Not the best place to dine in but take out is quick with huge portions! Must have: CRISPY GARLIC CHICKEN!!! This is seriously a secret in Seattle. Phad Prik King is delicious and you cant go wrong with any of the noodle dishes. Again, take out preferred eat in if you need to. Enjoy my friends!

This is my go to Thai place. Be prepared for the spice! They dont mess around. **** = sneakily wiping your nose with your napkin because you didnt think your nose would be running THIS much. The Thai yea is hella bomb, too. If you wanna try something different, the squid salad is also good. The one thing they could improve on is their table service, which can be kind of frosty, but they are always very friendly with their take out customers. Overall solid place.

Mmm, definitely one of the hidden gems for thai food. The place doesnt really have a great atmosphere, but the food is great. The garlic chicken was my favorite. A mixture of sweet, spicy and garlic that was fantastic. The green curry also was good, and the pat thai was unlike the normal types. A mixture of curry and sweet, thats not superb, but still good. Definitely a recommendation for anyone interested in trying a great thai place.

If you like Thai, I highly recommend the super reasonably priced lunch specials. However, unless youre the kind of person who regularly eats fresh habañeros without breaking a sweat, order food here 1 to 2 stars less than you would normally! Their star system runs super hot, 3 star is more like 5 star! Even so, this is one of my favorite restaurants, and my favorite budget thai place. Worth going out of my way for.

Great food, and a lot of it for a decent price! The atmosphere is a little lacking, but I love it for what it is: a hidden, hole-in-the-wall gem of North Seattle. One thing to keep in mind is that the star system seems to be about one star higher than other places. Ordering two star the first time burnt the roof of my mouth off, but I loved it just the same and made sure to stick with one star next time!

This restaurant has wonderful Thai food at great prices, I love it here. Its great to see the same family members working there every time i go. The food is always consistent, Ive been more than 15 times over the past year and the dishes are ALWAYS rock solid and fresh. Great for taking out and eating at home! The best part is they are totally locally owned and operated. Big thumbs up to Chada Thai!

I have been going to this thai restaurant almost 10 years now and I never have gotten tired of their food. Their food is so authentic and juicy and has so much flavor. I love this place so much I order almost once or twice a month. I have tried so many other thai places in the Seattle area and have never found any food to ever compare. :) highly recommend them.

Best Thai ever!!! Lived in 3 cities since enjoying Chada Thai for years! Nothing comparable for genuine, FRESH Thai cuisine. Returning to Seattle for the first time in 3 yrs....first stop will be Chada for the Angel Wings, Rama Chicken etc. Hope they remember me but wont matter...itll still be 5* for me!

I work in the food industry and i have to say....These people who work here are one of the rudest people I have ever met THE WORST. I have no idea how they stay in business with that type of customer service. I WILL NEVER go back again. And the food aint that great anyways! Shut them down.

Very tasty, very spicy though. Their spice ratings are significantly spicier than other places. The phad see ew is the best in Seattle. Super friendly staff, the lady who owns the place remembered my friend and I from over a month ago and remembered our orders to. Cant recommend enough

I love this place and have been going for years. As mentioned by others, the owner remember my order and my name. She was worried when my sons order stopped coming in--until she found out he was a college:-) The food is excellent and you feel like they care about your meal!
