This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever come across. We live in Bonney Lake and have been here frequently over the last few years, and it has just steadily been getting worse. For starters your wait time between ordering and getting your food is anywhere from 7 to 15 minutes. Then you need to check your food, because for one they dont provide you a receipt to show what you ordered, and I can guarantee you that if you order more than two items they will forgotten something in your bag. Two weeks ago my husband asked for Taco Bell, after reminding him all the all of our bad experiences with this one he insisted we go. I had to send our bags back through the window for them to finally get the order right and even then they were the most rudest customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Then again today, I ordered for 4 items, a drink and an extra chips and cheese. The lady at the window then pushed my order at me after paying and shut the window and walked away. I knew better and checked our bag. Sure enough, they didnt include the chips and cheese so I had to sit there and wait for her to come back and give me an attitude like I shouldnt be there. After telling her they forgot them she slams the window and starts yelling to the cooks. After a few more minutes she pushes the extra bag through the window and slams it again without saying a word. I am DONE with this Taco Bell. Worst drive through around. Not to mention each soft taco had half of their ingredients all over the wrappers!! What a waste of money.

Im not one to berate others, but this place Im afraid is in desperate need of assistance. We came here on a long road trip afternoon, and since there was at least another hour and a half of driving left until the day was over, we pulled into this particular Taco Bell (TB). Now Im also not much of a fast food person, but once in a while the quesadillas that you can find at TB can really hit the spot. Ordering was not a problem, the young man behind the counter did his job and nothing more. Im also a pretty patient fella, but after waiting nearly twenty minutes just for some quesadillas to eat while driving...lets just say that I began to get tired of waiting. I kept my comments to myself as I was finally handed my messy food, I figured the employees had already been offered enough tips on how to do better by others who also waited 20+ minutes for their "fast food". This place was dirty, the soft drink section was a huuuge mess, the floors were filthy, and yes, I get it, working fast food sucks, but take pride in your job folks. Youre not working for TB, youre working for yourself by working through TB. Own it. The only good thing that happened here was the employee who handed me my food, he profusely apologized for the wait, it seemed like he had been apologizing for the entire night. I honestly felt sorry for him. Pass this TB up, there are others within a few miles, and the law of averages states they must be better. Hopefully. Stay optimistic, but dont waste your time (literally) by going here.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled because this place consistently blows my mind. Its extremely disappointing how long it takes for you to receive your food here and then have it look like it was slopped together in 2 seconds. Last time I was here I waited in line for 45 minutes for 3 burritos. I dont think there should be a barricade blocking you from leaving this line. Its not right. The wait is always disappointing, so the time before last I tried to avoid the line by going inside where I again ordered 3 burritos and they only gave me 2. This time there were about 6 employees inside but it seems as though none of them had any urgency to fulfill any orders dispite the line surrounding the place. I have never experienced a fast food place like this before.

I was served by Anthony P., who was a real jerk. I can understand trying to have fun to make the time pass faster at a miserable job; but to tell every customer that their order is $20 more than it is... Thats childish. Even better was his INSISTENCE that my order was $27, even though the register clearly said $7 and change. I told him no, I could see it on his register. He thought this was hilarious and said hed cover the total screen. He also apparently doesnt know the register system or cant hear; as my order was wrong (I became too frustrated to argue), and I heard another customer go to the counter because their order was incorrect as well. Lousy experience, could be improved by a new order taker.

From Japan :) Reasonable prices for large tacos. The combo menu made me quite full, but it costed just around six or seven bucks as far as I remember. You should not expect too much, because it is Taco Bell. 日本には渋谷店ができましたが、やはりアメリカの店舗はボリュームが違うと思います。味はどちらも美味しいです。

This is the second time in a row they couldnt preform the simple task of not adding something to my order. When I say "no sour cream" that is what I mean. I dont mean cover my entire order with disgusting rotten goo, but apparently this is a task that is too complex for the illiterate baboons they hire to preform. It isnt hard to look up at the screen, see that it says no sour cream, and then skip that step in making the order. I dont expect much when going to a fast food restaurant, but this is such a simple task to complete that it shouldnt happen.

Usually they get my order wrong but at least all the food is there... This time was a 15 min wait and I ordered beef qusarito box and the soft taco was barley even half the taco ... Didnt ask if I wanted cool ranch or nacho cheese ... Didnt get the burrito supreme with extra sour cream that I also ordered... I got a tortilla with beans and some salsa on it folded in half .. Wtaf whoever was on rail or grill. Whatever taco bell calls it ... Didnt make a damn thing right. Wasnt the presenters fault. She was nice

Since the Taco Bell took out the Pizza Hut the quality has gone down, in the service, clealiness, and quality. I went in one day and there was a bag of garbage sitting in the entranceway and the front counter smelled revolingly of mildew. When we got our food I noticed that our tray also smelled of mildew, and let me tell you when a place stinks it soooo messes up your taste buds. Not to mention the employees eating and/or talking at/beside the counter. We will probably never go to this Taco Bell again.

Keeps getting worse. Dont even try to go inside, because you will wait 10-15 minutes for your food. I feel bad for these kids who seem to have no direction and no manager input. Lobby is usually dirty, they have a revolving door of kids working the counter, they dont seem to stay long enough to learn what they are doing. Another sign of poor management. Never seen even an assistant manager working there in the past 3 years. Just like the KFC in town. Went from good to bad to worse.
