My experience was truly wonderful. Danielle did just such a great job that Id love to get everyone recognized at the Bonney Lake store. Food was great, but there were a handful of people showing up at the same time for orders and help, Danielle managed everyone and had incredible interactions with all of the customers! We were all happy and enjoying our experience while we waited for our food. I even had a few alterations to make (I know how much of a pain that can be after an order is made) and she was more than happy to show urgency in getting my order perfected rushing to the back and making sure everything was great! These guys really deserve a shoutout for how great they did, especially at 9:30pm on a Monday night! Keep up the good work!

Had a problem with my order so I called to speak with someone. Spoke with a guy named Hunter and explained the issue. He said theres nothing he could do so I asked for the manager. The manager couldnt come to the phone so I offered to leave my name and number and the manager, Sarah, could call back. He wouldnt take my information and said the manager said theres nothing that could be done. Since I work with customers on a daily basis I know from experience that something can always be done, its just a matter of being willing and since Hunter thought it was ok to laugh at me when I was trying to talk with him, I called my bank, opened a claim, and Im disputing the charge. Well see how it goes.

Poor customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas one pep. One combo.. I was told it would be here in 35 min and I called back about an hr later and they had cancelled my order because they were out of toppings for the combo. Wouldnt you call and take care of the issue ? And then they were going to resend the pep and a hawain and they told me 45 min.... so 2 hours to get me 2 pizzas!? Really disappointed the lady I spoke with did not care nor try to make things right!! Will not be a customer anymore

Very bad customer service. Ive pulled up the pizza hut store and called to place a order. Im sitting right there seeing employees laughing by the phone and not even answer the phone, so ive called a 2nd time no answer, called the 3rd time no answer. What kind of employees is that? Few months down the road, call over the phone to place a order no answer until i called the 5th time and the lady that answered sounded like she just woke up. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

As I waited for my carry out... Bonneylake pizza hut employees accidentally switched pizzas between a different carry out customer and a dine in customer. After witnessing the carry out customer pick toppings off and eat them. They served the very same pizza to the dine in guest? When the carry out customer informed the employee she had started eating it...the employee replied with," thats ok". Then served it to the dine in customer anyway??? #healthdepartment!

I tried to call the Bonney Lake Pizza Hut, but there was no answer. I wanted to complain about the super supreme we ordered and received from them. The crust was raw dough everywhere but the edge. Its been years since weve had to complain about this store, but it was so bad this time, I tried to complain and couldnt, because the phone was not answered.

I will never order from this pizza hut again! I ordered for delivery and they told me it would be here in 30 minutes. It took an HOUR to get my food and Im literally only about a quarter mile down the road. My food was barely room temp and there are hardly any toppings on my pizza. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Best Pizza Hut Ive ever been in in my life. Staff are courteous and handle occasional issues that arise with my orders (ingredient shortages etc.) gracefully and with a sense of urgency. Ive been coming here for years and do not intend to stop.

Ordered pizza, took 45 min for a delivery that is less than a mile away. Got here pizza was cold cheese wasnt even melted.called to complain and they dont answer there phone. Very disappointed .
