This place is joke! This place is the worst! The manager Denise is so polite and I love her. But the rest of the employees need to be fired. I went in and it too them like 5 minutes to even get to the counter to take my order...... because they were all in the back "chit-chatting". finally, the woman that came up to take my order had THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER. Then when I ordered, the finally started making my food and I noticed one of the employees had pulled out a hair pic in the food preparation area. THATS JUST NASTY! All since I raised a complaint about it, Ive been getting crappy service. Ive been given dirty looks by one of the black girls that works there. Ive found things in my food and Im fed up with it and will take my business elsewhere!!!

Ordered two cheesy rollups, a chicken crunchy taco supreme, and a nacho supreme with steak. We recieved a broken soggy crunchy taco supreme with BEEF not chicken. Two flat cheesy rollups(looked like a quesidilla) and my husband got chicken in his nachos instead of steak. Horrible, I dont know how one can mess up so much on an order... sad because we already left before noticing the wrong order..... will not be back! The employees need to start paying better attention! The person on drivethru asked us to repeat our order a few times because he couldnt remember what we ordered...

I suppose if youre not in a rush this is the place to go. But if you have to sit in line with 3 cars ahead of me and wait a half an hour I find that ridiculous. In addition, when I complained about the wait, the red headed woman working at the window was extremely rude. I am someone who has worked in customer service, when your customer is upset you dont slam windows in front of them and then toss their food at them. I will never go back, and plan on speaking with their district manager tomorrow

I just went here to get some food and saw they were having a promotion to win a PS4 Gold Bundle so I thought hey why not. I just tried the code and the message I got back was "25552: Looks like the code you entered is not valid or has already been used. Check code and try again. Msg&Data Rates May Apply. Send STOP to end, send HELP for help." This means someone in the place is stealing the codes. I wont be coming back to Taco Bell again!

Im giving the Kent Taco Bell a four star for the employees. I get a craving for Taco Bell about once a month, usually about 1am after going out with friends, and the person at the drive thru is always incredibly nice. It makes me smile every time because Im pretty sure I wouldnt be that chipper if I was working the drive thru at 1am.

Definitely needs quality control, even after 11pm. Ive had the Supreme burrito before but what I got here was not that. All I tasted was beans and a little lettuce, not loaded as it usually is elsewhere. The taco is what earned one star for being ok. The other star is for being there when I was hungry. Lost 3 stars for poor quality.

Was just there and ordered a beefy crunch burrito big box. First off they forgot half the meal. And I asked for hot sauce and got none. Id understand if it was a huge order but how do you screw up a single meal?... not giving this place anymore chances. Taco bell in auburn is way better

These folks get the order right more often than not and correct errors without giving attitude. The cashier girls are absolute sweethearts when taking orders; they dont have the surly attitude endemic to minimum-wage slaves. All in all, my favorite location in the area.

Store is in okay condition, me and my wife joked that we thought most of the employees were intoxicated while at work. They acted drunk/high and frequently messed up our orders. Check your bag before you leave.
