I was so disappointed with this Qdoba. I placed an order online for to-go. I arrived a bit early, about 10 mins, to pick up my order. I did not expect it to be ready, but it was, just sitting in the back. Firstly, my food was ice cold. The tortilla was cold, the food on the inside was cold and nothing tasted heated. They had also marked my burritos incorrectly-- I do not like spice and my companion had ordered salsa verde and jalapenos. Fun surprise when I bit into that. Thanks! Also, they did not use the names I provided-- they just wrote salsa verde on (the wrong) one. Guacamole was all over the outside of the burrito wrap, and the inside of the bag, and one burrito foil was not even closed. The other, they actually wrapped the foil inside the edge of the burrito causing more of a mess when I tried to peel the foil off. Speaking of the guac, WAY TOO MUCH GUAC. I literally felt like I had ordered a burrito of guac (this coming from someone who loves guac). I wont be returning to Qdoba again as this the second time I have been and I walked away sad both times. Save your money for a real burrito from one of the local Mexican spots in Auburn.

My mom and I had such a difficult time ordering and getting our order at this location. First they misunderstood how many tacos and plates we were ordering, then they didnt understand my mom wanted an order of guac on the side and salsa and then charged her for brownies and didnt put them in the bag. One of the girls was really apologetic but the other one, the manager, was very blank and stoic throughout the ordeal. Ugh. Maybe another location. I know the one at the airport is stellar.

Great food messy food , HOWEVER this place is very messy . We had to eat at a dirty table . There was no napkins , they had to scrapbyte bottoms of pans to give us cheese on our nachos and scrape to give is meat on the nachos . Also there was corn in the salsa Verde and salsa and sauce slopped all over in between the sauces. Looks like they need more help cleaning.

The manager was great but the blonde hair girl was extremely rude. She seemed irritated by our large family ordering and was ignoring what my kids were asking for while she continued to rush us through the line. Her intense irritation ruined the experience as we were being hurried along. Food was really good but unfortunately we wont be coming back often.

Many issues with this place. Consistently its not clean, understaffed, and the single soda machine is often broken. By far one of the poorest Qdobas Ive been to, after hundreds of visits across the Pacific Northwest. They should see how the Tigard, Beaverton, and Wilsonville Qdobas operate and take some notes.

I will be hunting down the district manager of this Qudoba to discuss the serious issues they have at this location. Pack your patience if you must eat here. Do not expect your food to be hot by the time you actually get to pay for it. (yes, it took that long)

All of the pinto beans in mine and my boyfriend ls burrito were rock hard and they didnt even apologize. They at least pulled the beans from the line but I couldnt even eat the burrito I payed for and now my boyfriends tooth hurts from trying to eat the beans

For this being a fairly new store i found it odd that the place was so trashed up dirty and gross i i was management i would have a major cleaning day and the food wasnt so fresh like it had been sitting out for a while

This was my first visit to Qdoba! The employees were very friendly and explained how the menu worked. The restaurant was a little rough looking but the service and food were amazing and I will definitely be going back.

I believe this location is pretty new. The staff messed up my order a few times so had to remake it. Other than that, I thought this location is fine. A bit slower than the people at my local Chipotle..
