After going to the same couple of sushi restaurants, I decided I wanted to try something different. The items I ordered were really decently priced, and really good. My companion ordered the small sushi plate, and though he received a decent amount of nigiri, most of the sushi restaurants we have gone to serve a salad and bowl of miso with it.. His did not include it for that high-end price, but he did say he really enjoyed his dish - though he did ask for NO WASABI, and they still gave him it.

I ordered Champon. It didnt taste good. I didnt eat any of it. I tasted the broth and it wasnt good and there was alot of food in it I didnt eat and didnt know was in it because there was no discription. They threw it away but did not remove it from the bill. They keot walking oast me to avoid the discussion. She said this isnt a pub and uf I order it I have to pay even if I dont like it. If I could give 1 star I would. We ordered so much food so it wasnt like we were trying to be cheap.

The food was great. Excellent sushi / roll. Tempura was also very nicely done. The service was pretty good as well! The food was served quickly and the servers were nice. The restaurant does not look very flashy outside but it is warm and cozy inside. Liked the decorations. A lot of the items on the menu have great value, some are a bit pricey though but thats expected from a sushi restaurant. Would definitely recommend. Most items on the menu are pretty good.

Ive eaten here twice for dinner. Food and service was similar each time. The food is good, but perhaps a little on the pricey side. We paid over $50 for two and left not full. Talking about atmosphere, this place has potential; but I felt a bit rushed by the wait staff. If you are not a regular (or perhaps not Japanese) your service will be prompt and professional, but not particularly warm and friendly.

The food is good, the service is ok. One woman in particular (with a bob haircut) is RUDE. She sat me at 1:40 pm, being new I didnt know they closed at 2 pm. She yelled at me as I was eating that I had to go! That they were going home! I go back for the food but try not to deal with her. Dont think she likes black customers. Her loss, I have money to spend.

Being from Seattle I always expect fresh high quality fish. While driving through Pittsburg PA I found Kiku and was blown away. The service was fine, the price was a little high but the sushi was amazing. I had the Toro, Big eye and Hamachi. My wife had the seared tuna salad ( also rated a 5) if you enjoy quality sushi you should give it a try.

Short on time- walked in they were so pleased to make accommodation to rush lunch to go under 5 minutes even when They are understaffed so better call to order or youll get enjoy longer wait in classy setting. Great relaxing music, it was quite busy this mostly Asian guests. I ordered spicy chicken b3.

Came in at the beginning of lunch hour, for a sushi roll and tea. I was alone for about 10 minutes, then a traditional couple came in, to be followed by a loud ish couple. The roll was delicious, and service was pretty immediate, up beat, and overly polite. Id definitely recommend it for lunch!

Me and my girlfriend wanted a quick snack. They tried to charge us an extra $5 because we wanted to split one meal. The chicken was hardly cooked. They served it with onions that were slimy. Takes a lot to make me write a review, I feel thats all that needs to be said.

Been going here for a decade. The sushi has always been fresh and tasty. I am fond of the bento lunch special. Tip: arrive before 12pm or after 1:30 pm to avoid the Microsoft "rush hour". I cant recall ever having bad service, just slow sometimes during the lunch rush.

Very rude service, echoing some of the other reviewers, this place should be called angry lady sushi. Not going back there any more. On the other hand, there is a very nice little cafe next door called Basket Cafe, good food and great service.

Kiku is the real deal...probably the best Sushi and Japanese food I have had anywhere. Its on Northup which may be out of the way for some people but its worth it to have such incredible quality and reasonable prices. Love it!

Bad service, bad behavior. The food was ok, but one of the ladys service is hella bad, and I left over a to go there and call them to ask. they said they throw that to garbage then hungoff the phone. I was just pissed off.

Truly one of the best experiences Ive ever had in Kiku Sushi-Japanese-Restaurant-Bellevue. Tom the owner and Mike took great care of us and took us through a culinary experience of a lifetime. Omakase is the way to go.
