Have had to redo my first post now have to change my review downward for the 3rd time because this place has evidently had a large turnover in employees and unfortunately the customer service has suffered immensely! I had a legitimate issue with the calculation of my bill and when I took it to the cashier who evidently was also the manager (and also training someone I use that classification VERY loosely) because she should not be managing anything that has anything to do with customers or customer service! She has a tattoo on her right upper arm and VERY rude in her attitude. While bringing the issue to her regarding the meal deal so too speak as advertised as one price they then calculate the entire meal separately and at a much different price. That was my issue was that it didnt add up using the advertised pricing explaining that the total just didnt calculate. Her response was sir that is how our system calculates the items. If you dont like it you can complain to corporate, I dont have time to sit here a talk with you about this. I said excuse me but your first duty is always customer satisfaction and she cut me off and said exactly sir and I have other customers to tend to who know how to add up their bill and arent complaining so if you wouldnt mind you can either have your money back or you can complain to corporate but you see everyone here? They are all new and I am the only manager on duty right now I dont have the time to deal with you right now so please either take your money back or step aside...

very disappointed. Hoped for a good burger place near home. Asked fo No Mayo, got lots which made the bun soggy. Fries for my order were sitting for several minutes 9could actually watch them sitting there) while the burger was being made, so they were already going limp. Wont be back. McDonalds is better with better service and cheaper prices.

Solid seafood. The service was very good as expected in a place like this. The Pacific local lobster was sweet and delicious. Its prepared on the grill and somewhat on the rarer side. I dont mind rare and definitely prefer rare over tough, but you should clarify before ordering. Ive been here many times before and the quality is consistent.

Me and my aunt went there today and I got a grilled cheese and she got a burger and the grilled cheese was horrible.... How do you even mess up a grilled cheese. My fries were cold. My aunts burger buns were burnt and it was just overall not a good experience... This happened the last time I came here. STAY AWAY!!

They do a great job here. Food is tasty and fresh, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Ive always been able to find seating, although it sometimes is pretty crowded. Parking is a little challenging in this shopping center at prime times (noon hour, 5-7pm).

Good tasting, disappointing portions. I got a "tri tip" sandwich and it was 2 slices of the steak. The caused any flavor from the well done tri tip to be hard to pick up on. Very chewy piece too :/

Good burgers and fries...especially the sweet potato fries! Service quick and staff pleasant and prices reasonable. Lots of time there is a line but it goes quickly. Like the outside eating area.

Love the burgers here! I would highly recommend this place. I accidentally spilled my salad today. After talking to the employee, they made me another one free of charge! Very nice of management.

Great burgers for a good price. They are usually really fast, even during the lunch rush. There is also a sitting area outside with a fire pit that gives a nice atmosphere.
