Wow, just wow and not in a good way. My husband and I went to RT last night for dinner. They had a coupon celebrating their 44th anniversary so we expected it to be busy. We checked in at 6:11 pm and were told there was a 45 minute wait. We waited over an hour. What puzzled me was all the empty tables. No one was seated in five tables and four booths in the area we could see. The tables in the bar area were also available but not being utilized. We asked if we could set there and were told no. I dont understand why. Anyway, once we were seated it took another 50 minutes to complete our order. We left the restaurant at approximately 8:30 pm. Our server was apologetic and the manager spoke with three tables in our area apologizing. I just find the restaurant very unprepared for the crowd the coupon generated. The food was mediocre at best, baked potatoes were only warm and my sirloin was very tough. I got the salad bar and my husband ordered a Caesar salad as his ribs didnt come with the salad bar. We were charged extra for his salad although it was listed as a side. It will probably be a long time before we try RT again.

Last night we had dinner at the Kiln Creek Ruby Tuesday & overall it was an enjoyable dining experience. Our bourbon glazed salmon & the strip steak were cooked to perfection & the sides & salad bar were also very good. Our waitress, Carissa, was personable & quite attentive. Our only disappointment was the triple berry tart that I had my heart set on having was not available. Will it be back on the menu again & if yes, Id love to know when?

The salad plates were completely dirty!!!! EVERY. LAST. ONE! So I asked the mgr for a to go box to eat my salad out of and my waitress Bobbi charged me for their mistake. I told the lady beforehand that I wanted to order a salad to go as well and she charged me twice for a to go salad. I had to have the mgr fix the problem. Do not go here. Unless you like to eat off of dirty plates

I visit this area at least twice a month. The only reason I come back is because I love Ruby Tuesdays over all when I do travel. Each time I come here I never get good customer service. No refills on tea. Waitress seemed to be unconcerned or distracted. Though the food is good each time I come. The staff causes me to have intigestion. Sean

Overall experience was great because our waitress Rachel was awesome. However the hostess that seated us was not that friendly, and seemed annoyed when we asked to sit closer to the salad bar because my mom has arthritis in her legs nor did she smile once....but Rachel made our experience very pleasant and the food was great.

The hype on the new salad bar wasnt really all that. The server also built the new selections as fresh and over 50 items. When I got up there the carrots were sitting in water very soggy and the sliced tomatoes, broccoli salad, and thousand island dressing was missing. Better, he told me....guess thats a matter of opinion.

Texas Roadhouse was packed so we came to Ruby Tuesdays tonight. The tea was spoiled, and they have stopped serving their biscuits and it was so hot. When we told the waitress about the tea being spoiled she told us she had been getting complaints all day and she could get us a different drink instead of them fixing the issue.

This store seemed dirty the first visit. Sticky floors in the middle of a not busy day... on top of that my sons shoe fell off, the server picked it up and put it on the table right in front of where my son was sitting.

Very friendly. Im writing this review for my parents. My father is in a wheelchair and it was raining. So the waiter notice this and help my father out to the car plus used a umbrella. Great service inside and out.

Service was extremely slow. Waitress would disappear. My husband did not get what he ordered but ate it anyway because he was starving and it would have been another 30 minutes to get his meal.

Very disapointed as we walked in and the new salad bar was the very dirty. The romaine was brown. Fresh veg and sides on top of old.Not food safe.And the dirty dishes were bad.
