Everything went ok until I headed to the bar to pick up my online order. The people who greeted me were respectful and helpful. As they informed me that online orders are handled from the bar, they themselves asked where the bartender is at; mind you it was dead, maybe only 8-10 people drinking watching the soccer game Mexico v. United States. She was spotted sitting down either with customers or people she knew; possibly drinking as well. As I got to the bar she took her time getting there with no concern about my customer satisfaction. She picked up the phone to take an order and the gentleman who greeted me earlier had to ask her if she brought my order up in order for her to do so. As she brought up my order on the screen she informed me she had to go see if it was ready. Mind you I ordered just two orders of fried pickles 40 minutes earlier. She headed in the back and did not return for another 10 minutes blaming it on shortage of southwestern ranch, even though on my order I chose regular ranch. On top of that she through in her spiel trying to get me to tip her. All in all, because of her, not really sure but I think her name was Bethany, she ruined my experience completely within my 20 minutes of being there. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of 1 star is because I am sure the food would have been perfect if she did her job. Instead me and my pregnant fiance ended having to eat reheated fried pickles.

For years, this "Bdubs" used to be our weekly Tuesday after work hangout, but that was back when we naturally became actual friends with a whole group of the serving staff. Perhaps the new staff are just as friendly, but we havent frequented as much anymore for the Tues night half off wing deal. As general for all Bdubs, the food, wings, and beer selections are merely okay, but they do seem to be trying to get more of a craftbeer selection on tap which I appreciate. And when its warmer, this location does have an outdoor patio with TVs too, and hopefully you wont be forgotten by the staff haha. Inside occasionally smells of heavy vinegar and Im not sure why. The tables and floors are generally clean here, but bathroom toilet areas and sinks can often get really wet. Theyve got a to-go entrance and counter too.

My family came for vacation and I mistakenly took them to Buffalo Wild Wings. The first problem was after we placed our order the server came back to tell us that there were no wings. After everyone on the table had to change their order they still took 45 mins to bring our food out. Besides half the food being cold there were items missing from the order. 10 minutes after bringing out most of the order I tracked the server down to tell her that I was still missing my fried pickles. She finally decides to tell me there out of pickles also. This boils down to poor management have you ever heard Buffalo wild wings having no wings. Oh yeah the best part was they werent even packed.

One time I ordered a salad and they forgot to give me a fork. I asked the waitress for a fork. Awhile went by, no fork. I went up walked up to a waiter who was organizing cups asked if I could get a fork my salad. He said sure thing! Never got my fork. Will the mystery of the missing fork ever be solved? Yes! It did! Just by chance a manager asked how everything was I told them about the horrors of the missing fork gone AWOL! The manager, blown away by this tragedy, apologized and offered a free snack size of wings.

Didnt start off so great, had 3 people look at me and my family before some decided to eventually come over to ask "how many? ". Next, after a few minutes our waitress came over and apologized that it took so long to greet us, the reason being was that no one told her that we were there. Next, my wifes order was messed up, first time they brought her out the wrong order, then in the mean time completely forgot the other half of her order. Overall, not the best experience from a Buffalo Wild Wings.

BWW is my favorite bar but not here. The hostess was wearing a jacket and looked like some civilian who did not work there. The food was great. The server asked me if i needed anything else after i got my food and i said not at this time i guess he thought i was going to be done after i ate and he brought my check right away. I meant i didnt need anything because i was going to eat my wings but didnt give me a chance to order more

Just like all buffalo wild wings...busy, service is lacking, manly atmosphere, beer flows like wine and where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. Always a fun place to go with the friends but expect your waitress to forget half your stuff, orders to be messed up, and beer orders to take a remarkably long time.

Being given cards that require you to spend money somewhere youve been wronged in order to receive a discount for your troubles given isnt going to fix your terrible service. Here again, closed grill and didnt tell wait staff........asked what I want, I cant have what I want so why are you asking again. Still a work in progress

Had never been to this location before but was invited for a fundraiser my friend was having there for a non profit organization: The Drunk Driving Prevention Program (Facebook- DDPP.VA) Food was awesome, bathrooms very clean, and Katie (our waitress) was attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back.

The service was fantastic and very prompt. Our sever made sure our food was the exact way we wanted and was always sure to give refills when needed. Also, the food here is always phenomenal. I would definitely come again and would recommend this to all family and friends.

Use to be a great place. Bartenders are different now. Meal was under cooked, asked for more dipping sauce, got the wrong flavor. Bartender kept disappearing from the floor (wasnt serving customers). Had to ask other servers to find her so we could pay and leave.

Your typical chain sports bar. Wings were decent. Had cheese curds for app, not to bad, but nothing to rave about either. If you want to enjoy adult beverages, drink beer because their cocktails come in a glass the size of a Dixie cup, not worth it at all.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings! And this one in particular offers great service from both the waitresses and the bartender. The manager must run a tight ship. You always get what you pay for, and can expect timely orders to be delivered to your table.

Service is slow and the food isnt the best. The place is known for beer, wings, lots of televisions, and loud noise. If thats what you want, its a great spot. For anything else, I would suggest looking at other establishments in the area.
