If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I took an approximately year long break from going to this restaurant because we ordered takeout 3 times in the prior year, and each time, our order was completely wrong. So, after a year, we decided to give them another chance. Got all the way home with takeout and lo and behold...half of our food was missing. I paid $36.00 at the register, assumed that theres no way, given the odds that the order could be wrong, and left. Sushi was missing along with the rice... My husbands whole meal. Not to mention that the food we got was not good. Ordered veggie lo mein and it was a sad little pile of greasy noodles that tasted like nothing but hot sauce and the 4" chunks of green peppers that were in it. The last time we ate in, well over a year ago, we had to wait OVER TWO HOURS for our food. Terrible experience that night, so we switched to takeout. Big Mistake. To top it off, when I called back this latest time to complain, the girl answering the phone was flippant and seemed to not care. I asked for a manager, and he agreed to refund our money. We will see if that happens. We will NEVER be back. How this place stays in business is anyones guess.

Since they moved to their new location, the food quality has diminished. Had to send back an order of beef because it was so tough I couldnt chew it. The atmosphere feels more like a teenage hangout. There were quite a few hanging out at the bar running in and out of the place. No ordering or eating. The servers were not friendly either. They were young and more interested in their friends coming into the restaurant. Couldnt finish with my table fast enough to get back to chatting with them. Not a place for me to go when I want a nice grown up atmosphere with good food and good service.

Absolutely wonderful. The restaurant looks and feels very cozy and welcoming. The menu is varied and includes Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Thai dishes. They ask you how spicy you would like your order on a scale from 1-10. The food was delicious but the real standout was the service. We got friendly smiles from the entire staff, as well as prompt and attentive service. Our waitress even offered to hold my daughter for a bit so I could actually eat my food. We will definitely be returning.

needs major improvement. Microwaved pho, pad thai noodles for drunken noodles, and summer rolls and sauces lacking herbs and flavor. Winchester does not have many Asian dining options so if you want delicious white rice, this is the place. Do note that Win Thai, Win Thai II, are better options - drunken noodles are better, fried rice isnt drowned in oily sauces, and you dont get charged for sending your uneaten food back.

Sesame tempura fried chicken was not good. Too sweet and chicken was fried hard. Bugogi was ok but their "hot" rating was off. Their 8 was more like jalapeño hot not close to habanera hot. The waitress forgot my edamame. Just ok. They cook all their fried food on the same grease so couldnt eat anything fried like egg rolls because Im allergic to fish.

Weve really enjoyed the sushi and spring rolls a Chop Stick Cafe. And though their Thai cuisine resembles no other Thai weve had anywhere else, its still delicious. The seating is a bit cramped, but the service is friendly, the food is good, the place is clean, and the prices are reasonable. We are repeat customers.

Service was terrible! Appetizers came after our entrees......as in we were almost done with dinners. Food was average at best, better then your average Chinese take it but nothing exciting. I wont be visiting here again...my search for a good sushi restaurant in this area continues.........

Chop Stick offers excellent Asian fusion options and is definitely one of the best restaurants in Winchester and the surrounding area. Reservations are a good idea, as there is often a wait inside the door for those without them.

Ive been trying restaurants from TX to NJ. Since leaving Houston, this restaurant (Chop Stick Cafe) was one of the best. Great attention, nice atmosphere. The soft shell crab was the best I have had on all the Atlantic coast.

Really great server. Cute location. I ordered the basil chicken, Thia hot. Nice flavor. After added many spoons of Thia chili, fish sauce mix, Ive got my burn going : ) I would return and recommend.

Beer selection is good. Food and service has gone gone down in quality since the move from the corner. New place is nicer environment than the old and the Chop Stick sushi roll was awesome.

This is our favorite sushi place in town! We always get the Winchester Roll. Everything else we have ordered here has been real good too. If you havent been, you really should try it out.

They have great, genuine Thai food. The wait is pretty long on Friday and Saturday nights but the prices are reasonable for the amount of food and the quality. I definitely recommend it!

Wonderful surprise! Great food and ambience. My mother with Alzheimers remembered how to use chopsticks and declared the Sashimi Deluxe excellent. It doesnt get much better.

Best sushi in Winchester! Great kids menu. Full bar. Make sure to try the salad with the ginger ranch dressing. Cheyenne is a great server! Make sure to sit in her section.

Great Asian food. Great sushi. Most spicy dishes can be ordered on a spice scale 1-10. Panang Curry is great. Bolgogi is great. I have never had anything bad here.

They served me enough to be filled up. Usually I have room for dessert at most places. The 8 was not as spicy as I thought it would be but pleasantly hot enough.

Wonderful locally owned restaurant with a great variety of Asian dishes. Excellent sushi. Love the drunken noodle, Thai iced tea and mango sticky rice.

This place rivals my other favorite - Thai Winchester. Chop Stick has a bit broader menu though. Great food, great staff, all around awesome place!

Great curry and pretty good sushi. They offer many levels of spice, too, so dont be tricked by the 1-10 scale; it goes well beyond.
